This is a great place. Close to the beach and any store you might need, but also far enough for peace and quiet. This house actually has more than you will need for your stay. Everything was stocked. Super clean! We had the perfect stay. Thank you to the host for sharing your home.

The dining room chairs need to be replaced, looked like nail polish was stuck on table or something pink was on it. And 3 of the door drawers were broke. Other than that it was very nice and relaxing other than we should have bought toliet paper as we ran out in one bathroom until we got to the store, lol.

House is spotless, well maintained. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of pool toys, bikes. Heated pool was great, cover easy to use. Property manager readily available to answer any of our questions or concerns. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Family vacation

We had a fantastic time. The owner was easy to communicate with. The house is very nice. The beds are so comfortable. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is big and has lots of things to use in it. We also used the grill a few nights. The kids enjoyed the bikes in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pool pump broken. Housekeeper and pool service knew it was inop week before we arrived. Repaired on 3d day. Highest pool temp was 62. Dirty, bird debris, floating lizard, needed bottom vacuumed too. Black material near a/c vents in LR. Found three windows unlocked. Filthy microwave. Stinky trash left in outdoor bin. Front door lock stopped working. This place has potential, but not maintained. VRBO assisted with our well documented refund.

we have Great reviews before you arrive, the first day you started complaining, i did all my best to make ur stay perfect, pool heater was working it didn’t heat because weather temperature at that time was too low we had 42f outside, you saying housekeeper and pool service knew it was broken? how you know that? you never see our housekeeper and pool service to make this decision,

We ended up not checking in and finding a better option after seeing this property. To begin, the door code provided didnt work and we spent 2.5 hours on the phone with vrbo because we couldnt get into contact with the property owner. He eventually had to open the garage door remotely to let us in. The floors throughout were very sticky. The pool was dirty, lots of black mold around and the loungers looked like they needed to be replaced. The garage was full of junk and trash. When vrbo finally got us into contact with the owner he was very argumentative and unprofessional.

Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify a few things from my side. The door code was correct; we tested it after, and it worked fine. The issues you had may have been due to a small input mistake. Regarding the pool and cleanliness, I didn’t see any major issues in the photos, but I immediately offered to send cleaners if needed. Unfortunately, he declined and chose to leave. I did respond promptly, offering solutions.

We had a wonderful stay! Host was extremely communicative anytime I reached out with a question. When we arrived there was a small issue with the pool due to recent rain and the host had someone come resolve the issue within an hour of our arrival! I was very appreciative of this! The house is wonderful and modern and had everything we could have needed! We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and spent many days at the beach. It was wonderful having all the beach items already in the garage and not having to worry about purchasing anything to use! The house was clean and perfect for our group! I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

Awesome

The house was beautiful it was very clean and it had so many other things in the house that we normally have to buy when we get to a VRBO. The pool was beautiful and warm, we grilled out on the grill and had a wonderful meal. Couldn’t believe all the extras from bikes to spices in the cupboards. We were very pleased with the house and would recommend it to anyone. It was a great experience & will be back.

Beautiful home

We were in Florida for a family wedding. My sister and I stayed in the home. The house is very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very clean inside and out. The pool area is very nice and the pool was heated. We would stay here again for sure.

This is a very lovely and welcoming home.

The home was clean and well cared for. The host was helpful and truly there to make it a good stay. The bikes and heated pool kept us active in house. The closeness to golf and beaches was great. We had a very good stay.

Beach Getaway
