With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The first floor features a master suite and two ensuite guest rooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Designed with family fun in mind, the open-concept second floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a bright, airy living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living area opens to a huge covered patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning Gulf views.

On the third floor, you’ll find additional space for up to 6 guests, complete with a kitchenette and another expansive Gulf-facing deck. After a day spent on the beach, take a refreshing dip in the private pool or enjoy friendly competition in the game room featuring a foosball table.

While you’ll love soaking up the Florida sun and relaxing on the beach, there’s plenty to explore nearby! Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to check-in for a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee and any administrative charges. If the cancellation occurs after this period, the full amount of the booking is non-refundable. Changes, adjustments, or refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, weather issues, or other reasons outside of the Cancellation Period. Stately reserves the right to adjust rates if there are discrepancies in the booking. We are not responsible for travel disruptions caused by weather, personal emergencies, or COVID-19.
