Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great. Only a few steps from the beach, hot tub and pool. It was very clean with all the furniture in great shape. My only recommendation to the owners would be to add smart TV access and to fix the guest bedroom so it at least connects to the dish network. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our stay.

Such a perfect place. Location could not get any better…no could the ease of going to and from the beach. Loved the secure parking lot. The condo was clean, well stocked, decorated perfectly. Will definitely stay here again.

3rd time in this unit! Fabulous condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite condo to stay in! We’ve stayed in 102C three times and it’s always outstanding. Sparkling clean; so much so that we could smell the cleanliness from outside the front door on arrival. Beds are comfortable, living room furniture is comfy & you just can’t beat the location and ground floor unit. Walk right out the patio to the pool and steps away from the beach! Property management and security are always nice and seem like they truly care about your stay and safety. We can’t wait until we can go back!

Great condo on first floor

This condo is beautiful and very well equipped. Being on the first floor it has to walk out sliding doors where you can directly access the pool area and the beach. This is the only place my wife and I prefer to stay. Plenty of amenities and plenty of shopping and eating nearby. Beaches were never overcrowded.

We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The best part for us was the property being on the ground floor. We were able to walk out of our deck and go straight to the pools and beach. Because there are several pools and hot tubs, it never felt too crowded. The property management company was very well organized and communicated effectively. They provided us with several different contact points that could be reached through the duration of our stay, if needed. The property itself was very well maintained and cared for. It was so family friendly and right across the street from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We cannot wait to come back next year and bring more of our family members! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Beautiful Views!

This was our first stay in Orange Beach and we definitely chose the perfect condo. It was RIGHT on the beach, just feet to the gate to walk out to the beach. Had never stayed in a ground floor unit but it was just perfect for us and we will stay again soon! I loved being able to see and hear the gulf from the spacious patio and you could also see the same view from the master suite. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was sparkling clean. We had everything we needed and it was just so convenient and comfortable. I can’t wait to return

Our Family Fav Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sea Chase and have been staying there for 7 of our last 10 trips to OB. The property is always clean and well kept. With kids we love the 1st floor bc it opens to a grassy areas and they can easily go back and forth to the condo (ages 10 and 15) and we feel safe letting them do so while we stay at the beach. This rental has had some updates and is very comfortable for us. We have stayed in this unit before and would love the 2nd bed to have a queen bed instead of 2 twins but it works. We love it here and will probably rent this unit again soon! P.s. would love a Keurig coffee machine.

View from the living room and master bedroom was fantastic. Enjoyed the hot tub which was just outside the door. I do wish the check-out time of 9:00 a.m. was a little later.

Excellent Property in very well run high rise

Our rental condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We loved it the moment we walked in. It was a first floor unit so I could walk out to the property and the beach which my wife and I both loved. We will certainly be looking to book this same unit in the future.

Perfect First Floor Convenience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I traveled with my daughter, son-in-law and our 2 month old granddaughter. When looking we were set in finding a first floor with walk-out, convenient to a pool, close beach access, with a view and wow did we find the perfect spot in this condo. We were there for an extremely hot week, so with a newborn only got to the beach once, but with a view like you are on the beach it was perfect. And being able to walk out your door and have a pool to either side within 20 steps was awesome. Parking and entrance to the condo from the parking lot was very easy. The condo is well appointed and comfortable with a view from every seat in the living and dining area. There are two twins in the second bedroom which are not shown in pictures but is in the description. Kitchen had all the necessities, and the ice machine was the highlight for the hubbies because they did not have to make a daily ice run!We were very happy and hope to return soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th year renting at SeaChase for the 4th of July week. It was our 9th year in this exact unit. We LOVE 102C. It's like our summer home. The first floor is our favorite and the access to the pool, the grassy area where our kids play football and where we all set up chairs and eat family dinner together each night couldnt be better! And Coffee on the porch every morning watching the ocean. This unit has everything we need, so many options in the kitchen for cooking, serving, all the bar ware and amenities we need plus more! We have never had to bring anything and we love to entertain and serve platters while on vacation! If you are looking for the perfect unit here, you have found it! We look forward to our summer week escape here every year!

Ground floor

Loved ground floor, easy access to pool, hot tub, beach, just walked out patio gate. You could still see beach and ocean from Condo. 3 grocery stores very close, found several good restaurants. Gulf shrimp to die for good. Would have liked to be able to lock patio door from outside. Twin bed mattresses were not comfortable as I slept there one night when husband was snoring. Having said that we will come back. This is our 2nd time at Sea Chase, like ground floor.
