Other than a few hip pups checking in, which the host responded to immediately, everything was great. I would stay again and recommend to others!

We had a great stay, two weeks separated. The condo has all you could need and is convenient in Silver Spring. A few hiccups finding entry to the building from the garage, finding the pool, etc. but once we understood everything we had a great experience. Definitely recommend and will stay again should we need to be back in Silver Spring in the future.

I stayed at this property 2 separate weeks in a row. Unfortunately, my experience at this property was overshadowed by a serious privacy and security breach. During my stay, an unknown male entered the rental without any prior notice or consent, using a key as the door was locked. The unit was occupied by myself alone at the time. I was in the shower, making the experience especially distressing.The person came into the bedroom, right outside the bathroom door and spoke to me. The host agreed to refund 50% of my stay but then did not follow through. VRBO has handled the situation. Having stayed two weeks in a row, there were some concerns on how things were cleaned between guests. No codes were changed between guests/stays either. Although this was a great building, condo and location for our needs, I don’t know that I can recommend it based on security and cleanliness/comfort.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your experience. After investigating, we determined this was caused by a mix-up involving the building's maintenance team. A newly hired maintenance employee mistakenly entered the wrong apartment while responding to a resident maintenance request in the building. While unintentional, we understand how distressing this was and take full responsibility for your sense of security. As a result, we have made several important changes. We are replacing the keyed lock with a digital smart lock, and maintenance will only receive a unique temporary access code when there is an active maintenance ticket specifically for the unit. Guest door codes will also be unique for every reservation and automatically changed after each checkout, ensuring no codes are ever reused. We also took your cleanliness concerns seriously. Since your stay, we have changed our cleaning team and implemented more thorough cleaning and quality-control procedures to provide a consistently higher standard for every guest. We regret that your experience did not reflect the level of hospitality we strive to provide. Your feedback prompted these improvements, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

Host turned out to be an AI assistant which was fine for getting information prior to arrival but limited dealing with issues while in residence (it took 9 days for a maintenance man to come fix a small leak in the kitchen sink). Amenities were generally good, but for a 3-week stay kitchenware for cooking was limited (e.g., no bowls, baking dishes, or serving plates). No light over the dining table. We were provided only one set of keys, which made it difficult for us to go out and about separately. The was mold under the non-stick mat in the master bathroom.

While we do use automation to provide quick responses before arrival, our team is always available 24/7 via the booking app, phone, and WhatsApp, and many of our reviews reflect that guests are able to reach us whenever needed. Regarding the kitchen sink, we apologize for the delay in completing the repair. A maintenance visit was arranged after the issue was reported, and coordinating building access unfortunately took longer than expected. We appreciate your patience while it was resolved. Thank you as well for the feedback on kitchen items. The apartment is stocked with standard cookware, but we have since added additional bowls, serving dishes, and cooking items to better support longer stays. We also appreciate the notes about the dining area lighting and key access. We are currently reviewing ways to improve these aspects for future guests. Cleanliness is very important to us, and the bathroom concern has been addressed with our cleaning team and inspection process. Thank you again for your feedback as we continue improving the guest experience.
