Spacieuse maison de plage avec 5 chambres, 4 salles de bains complètes et une salle d'eau. Cette maison pourra accueillir 16 personnes. Promenade facile à la plage! Situé à ¾ mile au sud de la jetée Surfside, de merveilleux restaurants et bars et à 3 km au nord de Garden City Pier avec une grande arcade et possibilité de pêcher. La maison se trouve à quelques minutes de route de Murrels Inlet, du Myrtle Beach Boardwalk et de Broadway at the Beach.

À l’extérieur: Espace de divertissement complet dans l’arrière-cour: piscine creusée chauffée de 12 x 24 pieds, bain à remous pour 7 personnes, grand patio de 14 x 28 avec foyer et espace de cuisson au gaz et nombreux sièges pour chacun. Gazon artificiel vert luxuriant. Parking sous garage et allée peut accueillir 4 à 5 voitures selon la taille.

À l'intérieur: Une maison très propre, exceptionnellement entretenue et entièrement meublée. Il a un service WIFI haut débit gratuit et la cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour accueillir 16 personnes. Le salon a été équipé d'un téléviseur Wi-Fi Roku de 55 pouces pour regarder toutes vos émissions HD (Spectrum, Sling, Netflix, Amazon Prime et HBO GO fournis). Cette maison a un total de 8 lits (2 rois, 1 lit superposé sur Queen, 2 lits doubles et 1 lit superposé complet pour accueillir 16 personnes). La chambre principale est équipée d'une télévision WiFi Roku de 55 pouces, tandis que les autres chambres sont équipées d'un téléviseur Roku de 55 pouces et d'un téléviseur Roku de 40 pouces. Toutes les salles de bains ont un sèche-cheveux et la buanderie a une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Great location!

We had the best time! Beach is so close- no need for a golf cart. Pool and hot tub were wonderful too. They have beach chairs, beach toys, etc so that was helpful.

This is a beautiful condo. We enjoyed our stay. The only change I would suggest in the condo is having some form of dresser in the bedrooms and a small end stand on both sides of bed.

Wonderful Oasis

This rental house was everything I had hoped for. Fully equipped, very clean, sparkling pool, just steps from the beach. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the whole week. We are already working on plans for our next vacation at this beautiful house in Surfside Beach.

Great time at Myrtle Beach

Our family had a great stay in Myrtle Beach and this property met all our needs. The close proximity to the beach allowed for several visits. And many hours were spent in the pool. We would stay here again in the future.

Half of our seniors softball team stayed here for a week and had a great time. The owners were great. The place was as advertised, clean, spacious, good value and a super location. We hope to return next year.

Family Getaway

I stayed here with my adult children and their girlfriends and a few friends, nine total. Place was clean, tastefully decorated, had everything you could need and super close to the beach. The house was big enough that no one felt cramped or had to fight for a bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay

This pretty exceeded our expectations. Everything was great. Kay thought of everything and then more to make our stay exceptional. The pool and hot tub were both hits. The rooms were all perfect for our needs. The beach was soooo close. Being sheltered from the ocean wind was a bonus as well. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped. Loved our stay!

This has been the best house rental we have ever stayed at. House was clean. Location was great - just a short walk to the beach and close to many great restaurants. Heated pool and hot tub were the best. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay for the second time!

This is our second stay at this property 2-3 years apart and while some minor things have changed, it is still an amazing home away from home! Fully loaded with appliances and excellent communication from the owner with a quick resolution. We ❤️ this home!

The house and property were great, very clean, loved the set up of the backyard with the lights. All the reviews of the property and the house were on point. Absolutely Wonderful

The entire experience from the original booking to check out was super easy. The owners communicated everything we needed to know! The house was amazing, clean and in a great area. Pool and Jacuzzi in the back yard were super clean and used every day! The beach was so close and the weather was perfect! If we decide to return to the area we will certainly stay here again!

Awesome!!

We unfortunately were not blessed with nice weather during our stay (Tropical storm Debby-Downer) however the pool and hot tub amenities in the back yard made our stay bearable despite the weather. We had two familes of 5 (4 adults / 6 kids )

We enjoyed our stay in Surfside Beach. The house was close enough to the beach access that we didn’t use our golf cart to get there. It was nice having a wagon to load all the beach gear in. The backyard was amazing- perfect setup for entertaining. And it was so nice that the owners provided beach towels- made more room in our suitcases for other stuff! We also enjoyed having an extra fridge outside for drinks. It was too hot to use the firepit but it was a very nice setup. Only wish there was a half bath on the lower level! The house was clean and ready when stated. Overall

Wonderful house in a great location

A great house in a great location. The house was very clean and well furnished, the pool was heated and the backyard area is great. The shed had chairs, a beach wagon, and sand play items. There is a fire pit and a grill. The beach is just a block away with access at the end of the street, and there is a very nice playground a few blocks up the road the other way. The location is great, many restaurants and beach stores nearby and the food lion grocery store is right at the end of the street. The owner was very responsive and check in/out was easy. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Myrtle beach.

Enjoyable Week

Our family (including 3 children, spouses, and 4 grandchildren) had a great week. It was very comfortable for our group of 12 and had all of the amenities we needed. Kay was very responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Great location in quiet neighborhood and short walk to beach. Our only very minor issue and recommendation would be to have a bigger coffee maker for a large group of people. Thanks.

My husband and I are both retired Air Force and we were drawn to the area by way of the Myrtle Beach Air Force base. We have a love for the salt life and look forward to retiring permanently to Surfside.

We love the properties Windswept and Backyard Oasis and have created our own brand that we named Windswept Beach Rentals. The homes are spacious and well designed. They are very close to the beach so we can still hear the ocean when relaxing in the backyard. The individual backyards are very large and private compared to the majority of the homes in the area. We looked at several homes that were single standing, but we found the yards to be small and the pools even smaller. We also noticed that even though it was a single home there were many more homes close together that peered over the backyard.
