Our family enjoyed our stay at Hacienda De Mita - Casa Del Mar. This Pent House had Breathing taking views & an incredible Cook/ housekeeper Laura. We enjoyed taking the golf carts to all the incredible Beach Clubs! We’re already planning our next family vacation to this incredible destination.

Excellent condo, beautiful view and helpful owners!

Overall the trip was amazing! I've stayed in these condos before and this one is very clean, the housekeeper cook Laura was amazing! Beautifully decorated, beds comfortable, incredible views, easy access to everything. The owners were amazing and helpful via chat before and during our stay! What I didn't love....the property management company, casa. Poor communication, too busy to get reservations in a timely manner, outrageous pricing for airport shuttle. They charged us 270 each way 540 total to the airport for 8 people. It's a 35 minute ride. This is 200 more than the other management companies charge. We had friends staying in a different unit traveling with us and had the exact flights etc and was the standard 170 each way. Casa gauges you beware!management companies.

Fabulous!!!

We can't say enough about our stay in this hacienda. It was simply perfect. The condo is exactly as it appears online. Beautiful. And spotless. Adriana was an amazing concierge and managed all our requests. Lara was a dream come true! She made wonderful meals, accommodated our time changes, kept the condo pristine and always with a smile. We adore her. Punta Mita is a wonderful community and easy to navigate in the provided golf carts. My only suggestion - perhaps add a map of the community with its walking/bike trails and the beach clubs in the packet of materials in the home. But easy to find online if need be. It was a perfect vacation.

Holiday Vacation

This was our 15th year vacationing in Punta Mita and this unit at HDM was fantastic. The maid/chef was delightful and helpful, the concierge was very responsive, the views are spectacular from the unit and the beds are comfortable, and importantly this unit comes with two very nice golf carts - essential for getting around on the peninsula. We are already planning our next trip!

The property was beautiful, super clean and well maintained. It is great that you have a beach access, 4 beach clubs to choose from, and walking access to the town. Our concierge made it very helpful to organize activities and helped us with questions regarding to places to visit or access to beach clubs. The cook/housekeeper, Edda, was wonderful. Her meals were delicious and she was always really friendly and attentive. Will definitely return in the future.

The BEST Week!!

We had the absolute BEST time during our stay. This was our 2nd time to Punta Mita, and this condo exceeded our (already high!) expectations. Everything was just as described in the listing. The amenities of the condo were top-notch ... beautifully remodeled, it was airy and fresh, and comfortable in all rooms and patio. Everything was fully stocked and provided everything we needed! With the beautiful views, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. Ada our cook/cleaner was the absolute sweetest and made the most delicious meals. Good communication with the concierge. The use of the beach clubs provided such great and different experiences each day, and the golf cart was so fun to drive around! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Best Condo!

This was our 2nd time staying in Punta Mita and we loved every minute of it! The condo was stunning, the food our cook Edda made was outstanding, topped off by the wonderful beach clubs and proximity to town. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return visit!

Third visit to this fabulous Penthouse Punta Mita

This is our 3rd visit to this amazing unit. The unit was just remodeled and is beautiful. The views of the ocean and sunrises are wonderful and peaceful . We have looked around the area and this is by far the best unit you could stay in . The concierge was quite helpful and Adda the cook was a great cook and quite accommodating to our needs. The unit comes with a golf cart and access the lovely beach clubs which not all accommodations include these amenities . Mary Catherine is by far the best host we have ever experienced. She is always responsive to any questions you might have .

Paradise in Punta Mita

We had a fabulous time at this large condo with a gorgeous ocean view, well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our cook made us tasty breakfast every day and left fresh guacamole, chips and fruit plate in the afternoon. Great access to the various beach clubs in the Punta Mita development. We found it a quick walk through the gates to fun restaurants in town and also enjoyed an afternoon visit to Sayulita.

New Year vacation

We had 4 teens and ourselves and were able to relax and enjoy all the beach clubs and great restaurants from our location. We did have issues with the 6 seater golf cart. It was very difficult to steer and needed to be serviced.
