Issues no renter should have to experience while being on vacation,.problems that property management should have taken care of through the owner years prior to anyone coming in to this unit. I have pictures and documents I trusted this company with no hesitation, but found out I was very wrong deception and mislead

Corner unit at orange beach

Large condo. Balconies always windy due to corner unit. Whistling sound coming through closed sliding patio door. Noise nearly persistent. Appliances and furnishings very nice. Beds not as comfortable as other prior stay condos. Lots of community gatherings in this building.

A wonderful stay in Orange Beach

I highly recommend Prickett Properties! There were some initial issues with the cleanliness of the unit which happens sometimes whenever you travel. It’s just part of life. However, Prickett Properties acted swiftly and efficiently to remedy these issues. As for the unit, it met all our needs and beyond to accommodate our family. This was a great family vacation unit in which to stay! The view is difficult to beat at any US beach. I would 100% stay there again or at any other of the Prickett Properties.

I liked the indoor pool area and views but besides that, the place is in need of a face-lift. The areas where you wait for the elevators is completely enclosed and is like a sauna. If they could create an opening in the windows it would make it so much better. The condo itself was outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. We had to place a sofa pillow behind the headboard because it would bang against the wall every time you move. The electrical outlets were so lose in the walls that most of our phone charger plugs would fall out. We stayed in a place that slept 10 people but only provided 6 towels for the entire place. All in all I just felt like if the owners put a little more care into this place it would be a much better experience.

Great view great condo.

Or stay at the condo was fantastic. It was clean. Check-in was easy. It was ready on time. The only thing I would mark off for is the Keurig coffee maker does not work correctly. But, other than that, our stay was great. We would definitely stay there again.

It was a nice condo for a family vacation. It wasn't as clean as it could be. My grand daughter was crawling, and her knees and legs were black. We cleaned the floor while we were there to prevent it happening again.

We love our stay, the view was great, the amenities were awesome for the kids, we really enjoyed using the grill at the outdoor pool area. The only disappointment was the beds in the room with two queens were a little old.

The property needs some TLC but mostly it needed to be cleaned from top to bottom. The floors were filthy on our first day my sons feet were black and the mop was damp and black, no mop bucket or broom but they did have a vacuum. Outlets need changing not all worked, the dryer looked fairly new but didn’t dry the clothes they were always damp. We have stayed at many places in gulf shores and orange beach and this property doesn’t begin to compare. I understand wear and tear but cleanup leaves a lot to be desired. Would not stay at this property ever again.
