So glad you had a wonderful time and enjoyed the accommodations. It's great to hear the location was perfect for your stay, and we truly appreciate the recommendation. Feedback like this means a lot to us and helps future guests feel confident booking a 5-star stay here.

We're glad the location worked out well for your trip and that you were able to get to the beach easily by bike during your stay. We want to clarify that the pool itself was actually completed during your visit, and with our permission it was available for use even though it wasn't part of the advertised listing, only the surrounding fencing and landscaping remained unfinished. As for the furniture, we're already in the process of replacing the couches and dining chairs to improve comfort for future guests. Regarding the kitchen, it's equipped with new cookware, a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a toaster that's less than a year old, so we're a bit surprised by that feedback, but we always welcome input that helps us keep improving the home for future stays.

Hi Kilwienny, thanks for taking the time to leave this review! After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: "We have the house professionally cleaned after each guest's stay, and inspected before and after each rental by the Property Manager. No one else has complained about dust. New ceiling fans have been installed since this guest's stay. The common areas have been professionally cleaned twice before this stay and once since then. Soap is supposed to be placed in all bathrooms by the cleaning service before each rental. We notify each guest by email and telephone of the Property Manager’s telephone number and our telephone number, for informing us of any questions or concerns before or during the stay. Neither the Property Manager nor we remember any calls on any of these matters from this guest. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to provide our guests with the 5-star experiences we are known for."
