Mélodie d'été

Belle maison de vacances Ă©lĂ©gante et confortable avec 4 chambres Ă  coucher pouvant accueillir jusqu'Ă  8 personnes. Cette maison de vacances a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©corĂ©e et meublĂ©e de maniĂšre moderne et Ă©lĂ©gante fin dĂ©cembre 2016. Se rĂ©veiller dans la grande chambre principale avec l'immense fenĂȘtre pour beaucoup de lumiĂšre et la porte d'entrĂ©e de la piscine vous fait dormir peut-ĂȘtre un peu plus longtemps, vous pouvez profiter du lever du soleil ici sur la piscine et le canal. Adjacent Ă  la chambre est une salle de bain principale spacieuse avec baignoire d'angle, douche Ă  l'italienne et lavabo double / vanitĂ© en granit. Nous avons 3 autres chambres, toutes avec lit queen size, placard, 2 chambres partagent une salle de bain avec douche / baignoire et la 4Ăšme chambre face Ă  la piscine a sa propre baignoire avec douche Ă  l'italienne. La cuisine et le barbecue sont amusants ici, la cuisine gastronomique est immense avec de vĂ©ritables armoires en bois et un comptoir en granit, le barbecue Ă  gaz Weber est dans la piscine. Profitez du lever et du coucher du soleil avec une exposition sud parfaite soit Ă  la piscine chauffĂ©e Ă©lectriquement, soit au bord du canal Ă  la cabane tiki. Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir ici lors de vos prochaines vacances Ă  Cape Coral.

Wunderschones helles freundliches Ferienhaus mit 4 Schlafzimmern bietet Villa Summer Melody fur bis zu 8 Gasten Platz. Das Ferienhaus wurde Ende Dezember 2016 mit viel Aufwand und Hingabe modern und elegant eingerichtet ein groBzugiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit dem grossen Fenster und Zugang zum Poolbereich und Blick uber den Kanal machen ein Aufwachen zum Vergnugen. Das Hauptbad ist sehr groBzugig mit einer Eckbadewanne, 2 Waschbecken und einer groBen Dusche. 2 Gastezimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer das mittig liegt, das 4. Chapeau Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Ausgang zum Pool. Viel SpaB beim Kochen hat man in der groBen Kuche mit Granitabdeckung, auch der Weber- Gasgrill macht ein perfektes Essen in gemutlicher Atmosphare am Pool zum Erlebnis. Ruhige Momente erlebt man unten am Wasser beim Tiki Hut, hier kann man viele Vogel, Fische und mit viel Gluck auch Delphine oder Seekuhe beobachten, der Kanal hat Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko. Mit der perfekten Poolausrichtung nach Suden kann man zu jeder Jahreszeit sowohl den Sonnenaufgang als auch den Sonnenuntergang genieBen. Der Pool est elektrisch heizbar, somit auch das ganze Jahr nutzbar. Freuen Sie sich auf einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im wundervollen Summer Melody.

Beautiful home!

We spent a week here in March. Love the south facing pool and lanai - spent most of our time out there! Close to shops and everything Fort Myers and Cape Coral area has to offer.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir verbrachten 12 wundervolle Tage in einem sensationellen Haus. Check-in perfekt, Betreuung toll - alles hat gepasst, ein großes Lob. Das direkt an einem Kanal gelegene Haus war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr allerlei AktivitĂ€ten. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he ein Walmart und zahlreiche Restaurants, die Verpflegung war also gesichert. Sehr sauber und sehr modern, alles, was das Herz begehrt, ist vorhanden. Vielleicht könnte man noch zwei Kajaks anschaffen, das wĂ€re der Höhepunkt. Was ein wenig genervt hat war, dass jeden Morgen ab halb neun irgendwo in der Nachbarschaft der Rasen gemĂ€ht wurde. Aber das ist auch wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt. Die Villa ist ohne wenn und aber zu empfehlen.

Amazing Sunset Veiws!

My husband and I spent 18 lovely days at this property. The home is conveniently located just down the street from Walgreens, Publix and Walmart. Communications with home host and manager were great. My daughter, her husband and my two grandkids came to visit us for three nights. Annette was very gracious about allowing this last minute change to our reservation for a small and reasonable fee. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and very sunny all day. The dock has a cute little tiki and was a great place to enjoy the most amazing sunsets each night. That was our favorite attribute about the house. We would not hesitate to stay again if available.

Beautiful well kept home and property. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Property manager was terrific. Good location. Only one very minor issue - the master bedroom is beautiful and spacious but the king bed and foundation are directly on the floor making the bed very low and difficult to get in and out of. Other than that it was perfect and we plan to return to this house anytime we visit Florida in the future.

Great Stay

My husband and I were fortunate enough to get away from the cold and snowy days of Calgary Alberta Canada and stay at Villa Summer Melody for approximately two and a half months. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to return next year, but the property is already rented. The house is airy, clean, uncluttered and well equipped. Anita always looked after us without delay and the owner even looked after replacing the refrigerator when it began making very loud sounds. The property management team also made adjustments to their schedule to accommodate us for one additional night due to our mistake when making our original reservation. Thank you to everyone for making our stay memorable!

Cape Coral Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa, loved the pool area and sitting drinking cocktails down by the Tikki bar. The villa is so close to shops and restaurants and other activities. Only an hour from Naples and Marco Island where the beaches were beautiful. The villa was well equipped and very clean and comfortable, so lovely.

BEST PLACE TO STAY

It was the cleanliest place I've ever rented. The furniture was top notched and the area was magnificent. I love the quietness of the home and the draw of the bedrooms kept us napping on raining days. We spent a lot of time just sitting out at the pool and enjoying the scenery. Will definitely stay again....SOON! This is the first trip that we didn't have to call or text anyone, it was the perfect vacay!

Good place to stay

The villa was as described Very clean, all amenities, pool and lawn maintenance during our stay. At the end of the street all the amenities for shopping! All appliances worked well except for the BBQ for which we had to buy the gas connection The only downside was that the manager who was supposed to follow us when there were problems read my text messages but never contacted us even though I had a US number.

Very lovely home - pool was great for kids - never actually met with property manager in person but we did talk on phone - we did have to change lightbulb in bathroom & some outlets in bedrooms did not work - they also charged us $45 for the grill not being cleaned although we did clean it - wish we had taken a pic of that - overall nice stay

Review

The rental house was very nice ; however , no wash towels or soap for the showers were provided. Bathroom or shower towels were very old and worn, so ,we went to the store and purchased new towels . Television in master bedroom did not work, so went to store and purchased new batteries for the remote.could not use the pool as water was too cold and heater should have been turned off so as to save heating costs and rental fees were rather expensive!
