Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf-front condo is located on the 19th floor and offers a clean, functional layout ideal for couples or small families. With hallway bunk beds and a private balcony overlooking the water, this unit combines comfort and unbeatable proximity to the beach.

The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances including an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stacked washer/dryer. Sterling Breeze Resort is within walking distance of Pier Park (less than a mile away), which boasts of more than 100 retail stores, restaurants, cinemas, and numerous forms of entertainment. The property is also less than a mile from excellent fishing at the Russell-Fields Pier, a mile from Sharky's Beachfront, two miles from Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and 4 miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. If you're looking to get out into nature for the day, the shores of Powell Lake are 8 miles northwest, in Camp Helen State Park. Plus, you are just a 20-minute drive to the airport!

Other details to note:

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the property is equipped with security cameras in the elevators, common areas, and parking garage.

The trash chute is located at the opposite end from the elevators. Please, bag all garbage prior to placing trash in the chute.
