Condo was nice and had an excellent balcony with an ocean view. Communication with the host was easy. You do have to buy the little things (coffee filters, etc.). Condo was a bit smaller than we expected, but it fit our needs and we all had plenty of room.

Excellent!

The easiest checkin, the easiest beach access, excellent host, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Wife had to sweep the condo, sand was everywhere upon arrival, dorito chips on floor by bedside table. No garage code upon arrival, very aggravating process to get, had to pay to register my vehicle when I never had to before staying at the same condo.

Great place to stay with kids

The property is good, family friendly. 4th floor was a great access to the elevators, to the beach, there is a Starbucks on the first floor. Area is great, everything is around that place. Will be back.

This place had a great view of the ocean! The bed was very comfortable. Checking in was complicated. The code to get in to the condo was way too long. The parking pass is in the room and you can’t park in the parking ramp without a code. We weren’t given the code until we registered and paid for the parking pass which had to be done on-line. The hosts were very responsive though. Some of the appliances could be updated. We had trouble turning on the dishwasher. We would have loved a broom or something to clean the floors. Overall we had a good stay.

The problems started as soon as we arrived. The bed was broken, causing my husband to sleep on a slanted mattress and nearly fall off multiple times throughout the night. Then the TV stopped working and wouldn’t even turn on. We tried to overlook those issues and focus on enjoying the beach, which was honestly the only positive part of the trip and that had nothing to do with the condo Because we still wanted to make the most of our vacation, we decided to book an additional night. David, the host, told us that if there were any problems with the reservation, he would let us know. We completed the booking through the link he sent us, and my phone showed “Purchase Successful.” We had every reason to believe everything was confirmed.Instead, at 11:00 a.m an hour after the normal checkout time David messaged us saying we had never booked another night. It turns out he had double booked the condo, and despite us already being there, we were the ones forced to leave. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If there had been an issue with the reservation, it should have been addressed immediately, not after checkout when we were already settled in.To make matters even worse, David knew we were traveling with a 12-week-old baby, yet he had the water turned off while we were trying to get packed up. We couldn’t even make a bottle for our baby before the seven-hour drive home!!!!! CRUEL! UNNECESSARY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Do not recommend!

Needs new cleaning company

The floors were disgusting. Ants in the bunk beds. My brand new white socks were totally black. They did send someone to change the sheets in all the beds after I mentioned the ant problem, but the floors were still overall gross. I don’t think their cleaning company thoroughly cleans at all. The host was very easy to speak with though and quickly responds.

Beautiful blue condo

The non-cluttered space was wonderful. But no dresser in the bedroom and only one light bulb working was inconvenient. We replaced two of the light bulbs ourselves. Although I loved the color of the couch it was a futon and not comfortable to sit on. Kitchen was great. We just felt there wasn’t a comfortable piece of furniture to sit/lounge on except the bed. There was a lot of rain during our stay so we did notice the lack of comfort had it been sunny the entire time we wouldn’t have noticed.
