Cette copropriété de 2 lits / 2 salles de bain de 1 100 pieds carrés n’est qu’à environ 3 pâtés de maisons de la télécabine, à 2 pâtés de maisons de tout ce que Main St a à offrir, ou montez dans la navette gratuite juste à l’extérieur pour vous rendre aux pistes.

Vous trouverez tout le confort d'un chez-soi au Longbranch 201 pour des vacances parfaites à Breckenridge. Préparez des repas pour la famille dans la cuisine bien approvisionnée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable. Installez-vous confortablement dans le salon avec le nouveau mobilier en regardant vos émissions préférées sur un téléviseur à écran plat et réchauffez-vous près de la cheminée. Ou détendez-vous à l'extérieur avec un cocktail sur l'un de vos balcons privés tout en préparant des steaks sur le gril.

La chambre principale a un lit queen, une télévision à écran plat avec câble et un balcon privé avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. La 2ème chambre a une complète sur un lit superposé complet avec un lit supplémentaire qui se retire en dessous, une télévision à écran plat avec câble et dispose également d'un balcon privé. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

Après les aventures de la journée, plongez dans le bain à remous sur place. Il y a une place de parking réservée pour vous dans le garage (un parking supplémentaire est disponible sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi). This was an amazing rental property! Located in a perfect spot to walk to main street. Very nice updated and modern rental with a great view! Will definitely be back to rent 201.

Enjoyed our Stay!

The Longbranch Condo we stayed in was conveniently located to downtown, which made it great for walking to-and-from. The condo was clean and easy to access with the instructions given by the property managers. The managers were also fast to reply to any questions we had about parking! Thanks for the great stay!

Convenient and Comfortable

Used for a ski vacation and enjoyed our stay. Location 2 blocks off Main St offers great walk to opportunities. Underground garage parking and elevator a plus. Nice having two full baths and good size living area. Very clean and description is accurate. Outside noise a small distraction at times as walls are thin.

Great location and large space

This is a great option for small groups that want to stay close to town. The complex is a little noisey but then again, most of them are. The unit is very large and it has a spacious entryway that is great for storing skis and associated gear. The living room TV and main bedroom mattress could use an upgrade but those are the only real deficits.

nice for the price, but sleeping was not comfortable

Pros: This property was conveniently located and was adequately stocked with everything we needed. We loved the gas fireplace, the living room was comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were tastefully updated, and the bath towels were clean and fluffy. Cons: The mattresses and bedding were not comfortable at all. The pillows were flat, the mattress was sagging in the middle, and the bedding was cheap, not soft. While there was a lot to like about this property for the price, we will try another property next time (unless this is addressed).

Thank you for the feedback! The master bedroom bed is actually a Sleep Number mattress and can be adjusted. We have added memory foam mattress toppers to the other beds.

Bed is horribly hard

Beds were so bad that the family slept on the couches in the living room. Great location... Also, the TV in the living was fuzzy and not working well. I should have read the other reviews before booking this place, which also mention the hard mattresses.

Short stay

The property is in a great location. It is an easy walk to downtown. The property itself was very dark and the decor was dated. The beds were very hard and unfortable. The fireplace did not really work and needs maintenance. The TV was old. It was either very hot or very cold in the condo and the hot water took forver to heat up when showering.

We appreciate the feedback! The master bed is actually a Sleep Number mattress and can be adjusted to your preference. We have added memory foam mattress toppers to the other beds. We have checked the fireplace and not found any issues with it's functionality. Like almost all other homes in Breckenridge, there is no AC, so you do need to do a bit of self regulating with the temperature (open window to cool off the condo, close blinds to keep it from getting too hot during the day). We strongly encourage our guests to contact us with any concerns during their stay so that we may assist them!

Our gas fireplace did not work and we had a leak under our sink, but after sending an email to management - it was fixed that same day. Location was convenient to downtown and within walking distance to the gondola. Furniture is very nice and comfortable. My only advise would be to update or add some larger cooking dishes for meals, and more tupperware to store leftovers. I would stay here again.

Perfect location

As a family of 5 we really enjoyed our stay! The parking garage is extremely convenient and well as the location to Main Street! Very clean, stocked with everything you could want. Owners communicated well with us! Will stay again!
