Very large backyard, my service dog loved it. The units are unlabeled which made check in problematic and the wash machine has problems but it was a very enjoyable experience.

Top notch. A beautiful place. Missing a toaster, so I left one. I went there to get some work done in peace and quiet. The perfect place for that.

The apartment was not at all clean when we arrived. Dirty rug/floors, dirty pan in oven, dirty glassware, bathrooms had not been cleaned and the trash had not been emptied. The kitchen was not fully equipped. In retrospect, we should have asked the hostess, who lived nearby, to come assess the condition of the apartment but we were very tired after a long drive. When I tried to address what had happened with the apartment and ask for a refund after our return home, the hostess was very rude and accused us of leaving the apartment untidy and unclean. Very confusing and disappointing experience. We are 5-star guests and try to treat everyone's property with respect.

This rental has not been maintained well. In general, it needs a thorough cleaning as there was a bean sprout growing out of the kitchen sink, bathroom ceiling vent hanging halfway off, dirty drawers and counters, and old grease on the table. We asked for WiFi information and checkout instructions and never received them. No way to use the tv's as a result. Upon checkout, the door pad wouldn't lock the door and was told that was fine. It appeared that the front door had been broken (kicked in?) into and was not fixed correctly. We did not sleep well and looked into other places for the night. I did not ask for a refund as we used the rental but would not recommend until the property management company fixes issues and has it deep cleaned. The view was beautiful so it was a shame that the rental wasn't better taken care of. The owner seemed genuinely surprised about the issues and stated she would take it up with the property management company.
