Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy sunrises on the screened in porch and sunsets on the patio. Take a dip in one of two pools or visit beaches less than 2 miles away. We have Tennis and Pickleball courts, Corn Hole, (bean bags provided) Fitness center, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes and a boat washing station. Bring your clubs to practice your driving and chipping at our green that overlooks the pond. We are offering rentals from 7 days to 180 days. Must be 35 and older for this adult community. Children welcome. Everything is brand new from the beach towels to the appliances. Beach wagon is in the shed with the beach chairs and pool noodles. Cooler is in the pantry Rent the entire house, no cameras.

My host was wonderful. If i had questions she responded back quickly. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could want in a kitchen. The resort is very nice, it's quiet. I love the emenities that the resort has. It is a great place to vacation.

My host was very accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions I had both before and during my stay. The unit I stayed at was immaculate and had everything I needed to make my stay seamless. It is such a great location that is quiet but still close to the things you want to see and experience. The neighbors in the community were friendly and welcoming. The amenities and facilities were new and well kept. The pool and hot tub were a welcome break after busy days. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Fort Myers!

Convenient place to stay. Pool was wonderful, enjoyed the hot tub. Neighbors were friendly and stay was tranquil. Only suggestion would be more seating in the TV room, we just pulled a kitchen chair in and it was fine. All and all a good vacation.
