Our condo is the ideal spot for grandparents to relax and enjoy watching the little ones play at the pool or beach. Families who want more quality time together—and less time chasing after small children—will love the comfort, space, and convenience this condo offers.

Doc's Quarters was just what the doctor ordered. Perfect location and a nice, cozy, and inviting space. Plenty of room for a couple or small family. We had two adults and three teenage boys. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach was right across the street. Yolanda was amazing with communication and helping with anything we needed. We'd love to come back.

The home was as described and it was lovely to have the walk out to the pool area. There was no BBQ close to the unit. It was on the other side of the property at the other pool area (also where the hot tub was). Just so you know the hot tub and bbq are not located nearby. The pots and pans are showing their age and need replaced as they are no longer safe to cook with, as the coating is peeling off. The home was clean and the owners are very kind and quick to reply. We would stay here again if in the area. We loved the access to the trolley so close by. Another item to note is that you have to pay the per day whether you have a vehicle or not. That was something we were not prepared for. We purposely did not rent a vehicle. It would have been nice to know that we would be paying the fees with or without a vehicle. It was nice to have insuite laundry. Its important to note the hot water tank was very very small. We rarely had a warm shower. We did not realize this at first. So other guests should note not to start the washer or dishwasher if they want to have warm water. Also you have to space out the showers between the two washrooms. Lastly, the dishwasher did not operate. It was airlocked. Luckily my husband knew how to fix it. The home was lovely but it does need some love.

Thank you for the 10/10 rating! Thank you again for your feedback. I always try to provide thorough check‑in information so guests feel fully prepared, though I understand it can sometimes be a lot to take in. In this case, a few details are important to clarify for future stays. There is another BBQ area located closer to the condo, near the entry gate. The pool nearest the unit is the heated pool, and a short two‑minute walk will take you to the larger pool and hot spa. I also appreciate you letting me know about the dishwasher. I had never heard of an “airlock” before, so I’m glad it was resolved quickly. Regarding the hot water, all condos in the complex have small water heaters. Ours is only a year old, and we’ve never received a complaint of the issue you described, so thank you for bringing it to my attention. I will review the pots and pans, to my knowledge they were in good condition when I reviewed them about a week ago but possibly there are some that need replacing. As for the parking pass, the HOA requires it in order to issue amenity bands, which provide access to the pools, hot tub, and fitness center. It is a one‑time fee for the entire stay, not a daily charge. Even though you did not have a car, the HOA still requires the fee because it covers the amenities, not just parking. Thank you again for letting us know you would stay again! Best compliment that a host can receive!

Building memories at the beach!

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We loved being able to walk right across the street to the beach and also the convenience of having a Walmart so close. The home was homey and lovely. We had a great time building memories at the beach.
It was such a great time. We built memories on the beach by eight year-old granddaughter got to see the beach for the first time.

It is a beautiful condo, stocked with everything you need for eating at home!! Easy walk to the pool and beach. Yolanda answered so quickly when we had a small problem getting in.
