The room was clean, had all the necessities for a beach get away! Clean kitchen, good quality cooking utensils, clean bathrooms. Easy check in! Beautiful view! Loved the easy walk to the pool and almost private beach!

Because of the host being other than the facility,we felt somewhat like a red headed step child. Will probably not use a host other than the facility, despite a higher price.

10 out of 10 we went during off season so it was not crowded at all the room was beautiful clean and view was amazing plus the staff went out of their way for us a special thank you to Jose and Oscar they went above and beyond for us when we unexpectedly had to stay a few extra days due to medical reasons

We enjoyed our stay in 1103. It was clean and we loved the pool and hottub. It wasn’t overcrowded, and we stayed on a holiday weekend. Check-in was seamless. We were worried about not having enough of the necessities (toilet paper, paper towel, soap, etc.) but we had plenty! I would recommend staying here if you are in the Galveston area. Also, go to Sugar and Rye for breakfast-AMAZING!

Horrible time checking in. Facility was not aware and would not give us a key. Personally contacted Bryson Vacation Rentals and the representative refused to contact the Galvestonian. Since we were obviously confused and discouraged with the situation, the Galvestonian Front Desk Clerk called the local Police on me. Once they arrived, they shook their heads and informed me that the Galvestonian Clerk had decided to allow us to have access to our rental but if they "had any more issues with us" that we "would be forced to leave for good". We have utilized VRBO numerous times over the years, and we have never experienced such uninformed, rude, and negative atmosphere in a rental, which we had paid-in-full for prior to our arrival! Due to how we were treated, we never felt welcome by their staff.We have used VRBO for approximately 10 years and have never had any issues, always have good reviews. The condo was nice, smaller than we are used to, but it was nice.
