This is a wonderful house for a gathering. Sleeps 10 comfortably (no annoying pull out couches), ample living space and an updated kitchen. Huge bonus is the large back deck where we gathered with friends on several evenings. Spotless. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

We loved this house, it was clean, comfortable and easy walking distance to some great restaurants. We had a little hiccup with the a/c one night and the owner was very nice to compensate us for it. We would definitely stay here again if we can make it back to Chicago again!

The property was well kept, the owner was very communicative - it was the perfect place for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. I would definitely stay here again!

John's house has beautiful hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, and a gorgeous master bath, all in a really nice neighborhood. We had 7 adults staying here for a family wedding and honestly didn't need to bring a thing, it was that well stocked.John was also great to deal with. I asked him a bunch of random questions (sorry, John!) and he wrote back within minutes every time. Highly recommend this place if you've got a group and want somewhere comfortable to land.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with good street parking. The primary bedroom was very spacious with two large closets and a large bathroom and a very comfortable king size bed. The other bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped, and it also has a nice deck outback with a gas grill.

Comfortable place

The house was well-equipped and in a good location. We had everything we needed. This was my family’s first experience with a VRBO and we loved being all together instead of in separate hotel rooms.

Great location and big space

This house was in an easy to access location and all the photos are very accurate. The outdoor space was ready to enjoy on a nice day. The host is great at responding quickly and was gracious enough to let us have an earlier check-in.
