Welcome to our charming Fredericksburg cottage, designed for comfort and relaxation for up to 4 guests. This unique space blends rustic charm with modern amenities, featuring high vaulted ceilings and an open-plan layout.

- Living Area: Cozy sofa bed, lounge chairs, TV, efficient air conditioning. A striking black spiral staircase adds a touch of character as it leads to the loft.

- Kitchenette: Fully-equipped for light meals with a retro red refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker (with complimentary pods), cookware, dishes, and utensils.

- Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4):

- Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King-size bed.

- Bedroom 2 (Open Loft): Queen-size bed, accessed via spiral staircase.

- Note: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, even with sofa bed option.

- Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Includes hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels.



Private Outdoor Oasis:

- Private Hot Tub: Unwind under the stars in your exclusive hot tub.

- Fenced Yard: Completely private, fully-fenced yard, ideal for pets.

Guests will have complete and private access to the entire cottage and its exclusive amenities. Your private access includes:

- The entire cottage interior.

- Seamless, private entry with a keyless lock; your unique code will be sent prior to check-in.

- The fully-fenced private yard.

- The private hot tub on your deck.



Shared Access:

- As part of a larger 1.2-acre estate, guests also have access to beautiful shared grounds, which may be used by guests of another rental on the property. These enchanting amenities include:

- A charming treehouse.

- A stunning stone outdoor fireplace under a pergola with comfortable seating areas and string lights.

- A seasonal creek area at the back of the property.



Free on-premises parking is available for your convenience.

Please keep these additional details in mind for a smooth stay:

- Check-in: 4 PM

- Check-out: 11 AM

- Early check-in may be available upon request for an additional fee.

- Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the cottage.

- For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located in the parking area and at the front doors.

- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site that shares access to the pergola, outdoor fireplace, and picnic table. Other travelers may be present during your stay in these shared areas, but your private yard and hot tub are exclusively yours.



Pets are welcome, but there is a pet fee, so please include your pet on the reservation so we know they are coming as well.



Please remember there is absolutely no smoking inside the unit. A minimum $250 dollar fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.



Interaction with Guests:

Shared Property: Please be aware that this is a private cottage located on a property that has another bookable vacation rental. Other travelers may be present on the shared grounds during your stay. However, your cottage, yard, and hot tub are 100% private and for your exclusive use.

Connectivity: Complimentary WiFi is available for guests throughout the cottage.
