Melissa's complaints were not reasonable. They were rather based on the two ladies they met cleaning the house. She automatically assumed that the two cleaning ladies were doing a rush cleaning job. From there nothing felt well cleaned to her. First, she admitted that one bathroom was clean, but the one on the master bedroom was not clean. The two bathrooms that I saw were clean. The house generally are designed and kept clean. With hard wood floor on the entire house. There is no single carpet in the entire house. I am glad she did not mention smell. Dirty and smell go hand in hand. I will be glad to show anyone, by pictures, video or in person this mansion called a house. Let me ask Melissa one simple question. When you check in to a five star hotel with your family of four. How many bathrooms did they give you you? I gave you 2.5 clean bathrooms. Melissa you said that the master bedroom toilet has a broken flush handle and I came there and attached a temporary handle, while at the same time contacted a plumber who affirmed that it was not an emergency situation that will warrant rushing on a weekend midnight to fix. Considering that you have three functioning and clean toilets in the house. How many clean and well functioning toilets do you have in your house or apartment with your family of four. How many toilets do they give you when you lodge in a five star hotel with your family of four. The answer is one. I gave you three. The plumber did came on monday to attached the broken handle, which could be from the cleaners or even from Melissa and her family of four. Any way that was not a big deal as the plumber said, the handle has been fixed. Melissa you said that the gate upstairs was not clean. That was the gate we used for safety when we were living in that house with our little toddlers. As your family of four are no longer toddlers you don't need to use the gate. However there are some of your coments that are misleading and can prevent someone from enjoying some comfort and luxury you enjoyed here in your only one day stay. First there absolutely nothing wrong with my expensive antic Ashley dining set. It was solid and strong before you came and strong and solid when you left. You simply reduced the size by removing the two leaves to allow you and your group to easily play cards according to your private text to me. The antic table is still strong and not going nowhere even in the next 10 years. The Samsung digital new dishwasher we bought at Lowe is still under warranty and functions very well. I have put more instructions on how to use it. I found also a good instruction on YouTube , by typing how to operate Samsung digital dishwasher. The fire place is working fine. This is a gas operated with key to turn it on and off. This is not a wood burning fireplace that can be lit like a barbecue grill. Unfortunately, it was the worst snow and cold of the year, that it was almost impossible to drive from our many miles away for a fireplace lesson, when every essential amenities in the house are efficiently and effectively working. I am glad you felt very warm in the house on a minus 6 degree weather that my warm blanket becomes hot. I had wished you turned the central heat down to about 70 or even 67 degree so that you could enjoy the warm blanket more. Thank you for the advice on extra blanket. We have four total. One on each bed. We will add two more to make it six total since we have six smart tvs in the house. Each person can use one blanket to watch their own private TV. We will buy more cooking utensils as you suggested. We did not know that a guest who spent only one day in the house will cook more than a family of ten who lived in the house for ten years.
