Fantastic location and layout for the family holiday together - relaxing areas for games and meals, short walk to the beach for frisbee and views, and nice location for travel to Santa Barbara, Solvang, etc.

Wonderful home located just a few blocks from the beach and 101- easy to get to SB, Montecito and Carpenteria for beach days and zoo days Fabulous outdoor space for visiting and family bbq time. Beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms were nice for two sets of adults and a toddler. Loved this home. Would stay here again!

We loved this place! Plenty of space and very private. The 3rd bathroom is on the lower level which was a bit challenging for the 2nd bedroom occupants having to use two sets of stairs. Bedroom 1 and 3 have their en-suite bathrooms.

Grad weekend get away

We had a great time at the Summerland property celebrating our daughter's graduation from UCSB and Father's day.The outdoor area is everything! An Oasis of beautiful landscaping and ample comfortable outdoor seating.And the downtown area is a short 5 minute walk.Great weekend all around!

Great visit, wonderful property

We had a great family gathering at the Summerland Oasis. It's a wonderful property, and the management company is quite responsive. We did encounter a few property issues, but the management company corrected / fixed the situation promptly upon notification. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful back yard

The home has an amazing yard with great furniture and beautiful flowers. There’s even a long waterfall. The beds and rooms were comfortable and clean.

A pleasant stay !

We enloyed our stay with our adult children. Not the perfect house for older individuals with some physical limitations. But the perfect little place for a short get-away.

Outdoor Kitchen was awesome!

We booked this place for it's location and we found it was perfect for our short stay. We could walk to the beach from the house. The house is very spacious and allowed plenty of privacy among our group of 5 adults. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor spaces: great places to play music, sit and converse or read, and preparing and enjoying a meal in the outdoor kitchen and dining space. We really enjoyed our stay.
