This property is a spacious home with open concept and expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces close to Cedar Point, Lake Erie Shores & Islands, North Coast Inland Trail, Seneca Caverns, Kalahari, and Summit Motorsports Park.

The property is situated between Toledo and Cleveland— 60 minutes East of downtown Toledo, and 75 minutes west of downtown Cleveland. It is easily accessed via a 60 minute drive from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, or 90 minute drive from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport.

The property is centrally located to the area's local attractions: 22 miles to Cedar Point, 21 miles to Cedar Point Sports Center, 20 miles to Summit Motorsports Park, 18 miles to ferries of Put-In-Bay and Kelly's Island, 20 miles to Kalahari, 5 miles to Seneca Caverns, and walking distance to an access point of the North Coast Inland Trail. The North Coast Inland Trail is a 100 mile multi-use trail for walking, running, biking, in-line skating, cross country skiing that spans 100 miles across northern Ohio, from Lorain to Toledo area. While staying at the property, you have the benefit of being close to local attractions, while also enjoying a private, rural setting with BEAUTIFUL sunsets.

Inside the property, you will find luxury and spacious comfort in the expansive, over 5000 square feet of finished living space home. The main level of the home boasts a very large kitchen, large bar with 6 stools, 10 foot dining table, and half bathroom; a living room with sitting area and high vaulted ceilings, and a master bedroom with king-sized bed, large master bathroom with 6' soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and a laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a second laundry room. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, the second bedroom has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has one queen bed.

The lower level, north side, of the property also has expansive entertainment space with very large sectional, TV, half bathroom, and kitchen with bar and mini-fridge.

The lower level, south side, of the property boasts a gym that includes a treadmill, bench, squat rack, and free weights. A 15 minute tanning bed is located in the gym area. Off the gym area, is the 5th bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

The property is situated on over half an acre, with manicured and mature landscape. There is an inground pool, outdoor dining table, a fire pit with surrounding seating, and a concrete driveway with a basketball hoop. The pool is not heated. The pool is opened the first week of May, and usually by the second week of May the chemicals are balanced and it is ready for use. The pool will be closed the last week of September.

Pool rules: All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No diving is allowed. No running on the concrete area around the pool is allowed. Pool upkeep and maintenance/cleaning will be done on Sundays and as needed based on guest request/needs and in coordination with the guest. Guests are not permitted to touch pool equipment. There are two cameras that capture the pool and the backyard.

Gym equipment and tanning bed is reserved for guests 18 and older.

While we do not discriminate on who books the property and all ages are welcome, please be aware that the pool can be directly accessed through three different doors from the inside and therefore families with young children who do not know how to swim are discouraged from booking and if booked, should ensure constant supervision of their children.

While staying at this property, please appreciate you are in a rural, blue collared town. The property neighbors a local cement foundation pouring company and you will likely hear trucks leaving the property in the morning and returning in the late afternoon. Also please be aware since you will be staying near the North Coast Inland Trail (a 100 mile multi-use/biking/walking trail that parallels a railroad track), you will likely hear a train at times.

The property has well water. While some guests may not be accustomed to the taste of well water, there is a reverse osmosis drinking water faucet at the main kitchen sink for all guests to enjoy.
