This inviting condo, nestled in a small and quiet building, offers a spacious open floor plan and a screened private balcony overlooking serene mangroves. The onsite dock provides direct access to the intracoastal to fish, kayak or paddleboard. Here, you may even catch an up-close glimpse of manatees or dolphins in their natural habitat! Those looking to lounge by the water can take advantage of the onsite heated pool or load up the beach chairs provided in the garage and take a quick 3 minute walk to the beach.

Living Room – Entering the condo right away you will notice the spacious open concept living room, kitchen, and dining combination. The Living Room features a plush sofa and smart TV.

Kitchen - A beautiful open concept layout with everything you’ll need to prep a fabulous meal. Dining room table offers space for four and breakfast bar has seating for three.

Master Bedroom – Spacious with tons of natural light and charming coastal décor. The master features a king size bed set, desk and office chair (perfect for remote work during your stay!), smart TV and ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom – A second bedroom with full bunkbed (full over full), twin size trundle pullout and smart TV.

Laundry Closet – Private washer and dryer.

Hallway Bathroom – Across the hall from the second bedroom.

Balcony – Oversized balcony with mangrove views.

Parking - Room for 3 cars (2 in garage, 1 outside garage), incredibly rare for our area!

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 3 parking spaces are available, 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Accessibility: Accessible by 2 flights of stairs only, no elevator
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent & must sign rental agreement
Cameras/Security: Please note there is a ring doorbell on the front door facing the exterior. This captures audio and video.
