Notre condo mis à jour 1055 pieds carrés a tout le luxe dont vous aurez besoin .. La barre de petit déjeuner «surdimensionnée» en granit peut accueillir 4 personnes facilement ou utiliser la table à manger pour 6 personnes, les armoires de cuisine sont stockées avec tous les appareils nécessaires. De nouveaux meubles dans les espaces de vie ajoutent confort et qualité partout. Nouveau lit en mousse à mémoire dans le lit principal; Nouveaux draps dans les chambres et salles de bains; Téléviseurs à écran plat dans les deux chambres avec câble; ainsi que le WIFI vous permettant de rester connecté pendant que vous profitez de la Floride ensoleillée.

Beaucoup de lumière grâce à deux ensembles de grandes portes coulissantes en verre sur une terrasse surdimensionnée où vous pourrez déguster un café le matin ou un cocktail en soirée.

Les motifs ont une piscine privée, avec chaises longues, tables et chaises, barbecue au charbon et des toilettes. Accès fermé sur la propriété à Intracoastal Waterway pour le kayak, la pêche, etc.

La plage est à seulement 2 minutes à pied de notre porte au sable. Pas besoin de vous soucier du parking, du déjeuner ou des toilettes les plus proches!

Great setup for our family of four. Beach access is really close, and the area was not as packed as others. Many things were within walking distance or a short drive. Hosts provided plenty of towels and beach gear for our use. Would stay here again if we came back to the area.

The condo was wonderful. Great beds, furnishings, kitchen well stocked, generous sized rooms. Enjoyed our time there. No view of the beach from condo deck so we didn’t utilize such a nice sized area.

Great quiet location just outside of the action

We had a fantastic spring break trip to Indian Shores. The location was perfect for my group (my husband + myself, mother, and brother). The beach was convenient and there are food and shopping options within walking distance. We loved that it was quiet in the evening even during busy spring break and St Patrick’s Day events. Long Beach weekend

This property is clean and in a great location. It’s up to date on anything you’d need. The host supplies beach chairs and an umbrella which is a huge plus. The hosts are very sweet and easy to communicate with. My daughter lives in Orlando so we were looking for a laid back quick trip to the beach while visiting her. We will definitely book again.

Nice family condo!

My daughters and I enjoyed a girls' weekend in this cozy little condo across the street from the beautiful beach. The walk to the beach was so short, we loved it! Had one issue, made one phone call to the owner, and was immediately helped. Good service, and very nice and cozy condo. I definitely recommend it!

3 Day Vacation

The place was as described. No issues. Location was good. Easy access to the beach. Good restaurants around the town. My 2yr old & 8yr old grand kids had toys for the beach, and for the adults had beach chairs and towels that was provided. I will come back again in the future.

Vacation Stay

Half of us knew what to expect of this property as we’ve been here before a few years prior. Communication with the owners and check-in was a breeze. Any questions/concerns I had I knew the owners were only a text away. We appreciated the updates to the furniture the owners had made since our last stay. We had no issues with the property during our stay, and we can definitely see ourselves coming back in the future. Thanks again for everything!

Perfect location!

Great place to stay for our spring training trip. Had to contact owner for an issue which was immediately taken care of. Kitchen is well stocked - only thing missing was a blender and wine glasses. Very quick walk to the beach and all necessities were included!! Only downfall was a very loud group staying above us. Seemed to be multiple families in unit with children playing in stairwell. Only affected us last two nights. If noise is an issue a sound machine helps! Beatiful place to stay

Great Condo Close to The Beach

The condo was very clean, well equipped with chairs, umbrellas etc. and the cooler was a great bonus!! It’s just across the street from the beach access, so it’s super convenient and you can actually see a glimpse of the ocean from the deck. The beds were comfy and the washer and dryer combo were a definite plus! Melissa and Chad were easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay again if we come back to the area. Indian Shores is such a quiet and super friendly area with a great ice cream shop, LuLu’s, just a short walk from the condo. Be sure to make a stop at Indian Shores Coffee, it’s such a cute spot just a quick drive or maybe 10 minute walk away. The Seabreeze Restaurant in Redington Beach is also a must!! This condo will not disappoint nor will the beautiful beaches of Indian Shores!! Book your stay I’m pretty sure you’ll love it as much as we did! Thanks for a relaxing quick get away!

good stay, but......

We have stayed in other units at this complex , so we were familiar with the building. Nice and clean....HOWEVER, more towels are needed ( we had a total of 4 bath towels, 2 wash cloth and 2 hand towels) for 4 adults. This needs to be at least doubled. Kitchen had only 2 small towels, and 1/8 of a paper towel roll and no back-up, again more are needed. Kitchen faucet sprayer is broke, and dishwasher nearly falls out of cabinet when opened. Master hairdryer broken (plugged it into 3 different room outlets, nope. Good thing the 2nd bath dryer worked! And lastly if I'm paying a cleaning fee, dont ask me to do towel laundry upon leaving. Please dont cheap out on supplies. It seemed like everything was rationed...3 garbage bags, 4 dishwasher tabs, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1/2 capful of laundry detergent.....

Really sorry this guest didn’t enjoy her stay. We welcome constructive feed back here, but unfortunately, her claims are largely imagined or exaggerated. We have full sets of towels for every guest. We checked in with her twice and she didn’t mention these concerns, many of which are sadly false. To future guests, we strive to provide a five star experience at 105 Intercoastal as our many happy and positive reviews attest. Please let us know during your stay if there is anything at all we can assist you with to make your stay more enjoyable.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Indian Shores is an upmarket town on the Gulf strip away from the hustle and bustle Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. We are Located in the northern end of Indian Shores just a short walk to 198th Street beach access,, there is no public parking nearby and the beach is particularly quiet.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our kids love to go to the pool in the morning ,we then spend the day on the beach with another dip in the pool upon returning. After a quick dinner we walk back over to the beach to catch a spectacular sunset, more often than not we stop for ice cream on the way home. Let's face it is not easy to travel with young children and all the extras you have to bring with you, we try and make it easy by providing the necessities when traveling with young children.
