Centrally located on Route 27 in a quiet neighborhood, you’re just minutes from all major parks and attractions.

✦ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ✦

MASTER SUITE 1: Enjoy a peaceful retreat featuring a plush king-size bed, a sitting/reading chair, a tall dresser and nightstands with built-in USB charging ports. The room is complete with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet.

MASTER SUITE 2: Your second luxurious king suite offers the same comfort and convenience, with a king-size bed, a tall dresser, nightstands with USB charging ports, and a flat-screen TV. This suite also features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet.

BEDROOM 3: This room is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, a nightstand, and a flat-screen TV. A dedicated private workspace is also provided, making it an ideal spot for remote work, complete with a reach-in closet for your belongings.

BEDROOM 4: Perfect for kids or a group of friends, this fun space features a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional full-size trundle, sleeping a total of five. Guests will also appreciate the flat-screen TV, dresser and a reach-in closet for all their clothing storage needs.

Our open-concept living area seamlessly connects to the kitchen, making it ideal for group gatherings and relaxed evenings. The space features a 65" flat-screen TV with sound system and complimentary guest access to Netflix. For those needing to catch up on work, two separate tandem workspaces are available. The dining table comfortably seats six, with an additional four seats at the kitchen bar, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather for meals.

The spacious, eat-in kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your culinary needs. You will find all the basic cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses and utensils you'll need to prepare meals. For added convenience, we've included specialty appliances like a 4-slice toaster, popcorn maker, blender, rice cooker, and waffle maker. Our coffee bar includes both a single-serve and a carafe-style Keurig and a complimentary starter pack of coffee to help you settle in.

✦ POOL & PATIO ✦

A south-facing, screened-in pool and spillover spa are perfectly positioned to catch the sun all day, making it the ideal spot to relax, take a refreshing dip, or unwind after a day of adventure. The patio is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs, dining furniture, and a convenient towel rack, which can be used to hang those wet bathing suits so that they dry quickly!

POOL HEAT is optional and has specific guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience. The cost is $45 per day, with a minimum of two consecutive days and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

NOTE: The pool and spa will not exceed 85°F. The attached spa is not a hot tub and can only be heated with the main pool. Both will be the same temperature throughout your stay.

LAUNDRY AREA: A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage for your use. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

TOILETRIES: For your convenience, we offer a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, body soap/gel and lotion.

TOWELS & LINENS: Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay. Please use the dedicated pool towels for all outdoor use.

CHILDREN'S EQUIPMENT: For your convenience, we provide a full-size pack & play and sheets, a high chair, stroller, and children’s dishes and utensils.

PARKING: Complimentary parking is available in the driveway for 2-4 vehicles (depending on size). Please do not park on the street or block neighbor's driveways.

WORK & ENTERTAINMENT: We provide high-speed fiber internet throughout the home. Smart TVs are located in the living room and all bedrooms, with complimentary access to Netflix and when you're ready to unplug, you'll find an assortment of board games and a selection of books for all ages in the entry closet.
