Rosalita is a fully staffed villa sitting on the stunning pink sand beaches of Harbour Island. This brand new estate with 6 bedrooms (sleeps 12 + 4 kids) awaits you and your guests for an experience that will leave you breathless.

The space

The villa's beautifully landscaped property is ensconced in lush tropical flora, and features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Elegant stairs lead down from the main house to the swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, loungers, and a lovely covered pavilion. Here, you can enjoy cool, classic cocktails in the delicious breeze, while barbequing on the poolside grill. In the evening, repair to the alfresco dining pavilion with a deluxe bar and tables for twenty-four, from which you can practically reach out and touch the pristine sands and azure sea.

Returning to the main house, twin staircases lead to the upper-floor veranda, with its cozy lounge and elegant alfresco dining table. From here, wide doors open to the villa's interior, with yet another luxurious lounge and dining table under high, vaulted ceilings fringed by delightful seashell molding. The décor is exquisite throughout, from the original artwork on the walls, to the lovely parquet floors, to the charming palms of carved wood. The ocean is never out of sight, and the interior positively glows with its changing light. The kitchen, too, is luminous and spacious, fully equipped with chef grade appliances and a breakfast bar.

The villa's main house includes five bedrooms, four with king size beds, one with queen. The guesthouse has an additional suite with king bed. All of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and four of these include alfresco showers. The décor of the rooms is simply beautiful, with sumptuous bedding and furnishings. Both the master and the guesthouse suites have private terraces with stunning views, while the other rooms have private entrances from the veranda or garden.

Should you ever wish to leave the private paradise of Rosalita, you can easily walk to the island's main features—including Pink Sands beach, Dunmore Town, and some of the finest restaurants in the Bahamas, such as the Landing, Queen Conch, and the Rock House.
