The house is located at the water’s edge on Harbour Island, the best Island in the Bahamas. Enjoy amazing water views and beautiful sunsets from every room and from several expansive decks.

The house features a pool and is a five minute walk to the pink sand beach, consistently rated among the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world. The house also features a dock from which you can swim, paddle board and kayak. A boat slip is available and can be rented for boats up to 150 feet for an additional fee.

Dunmore town is a five minute walk for all your dining, shopping and entertainment needs at the many restaurants, bars, stores and markets.

Harbour Island is a small island that is only 3.5 miles long and 1.5 miles wide with a population of less than 2,000. It has a cozy small island feel yet it is big enough to offer 20 restaurants and access to all the needed food for delicious cooking at home.

The house has five bedrooms and four and one half bathrooms including a large master suite with a king bed, a guest suite with king bed, private entrance and kitchenette, and three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. The kitchen has an island with seating for four, the dinning room has seating for eight. There is also a table on the upper deck with seating for five. Every room has a TV with Amazon Firestick.

The house has two washers and dryers, a backup 80KW generator, a 100 GPH water maker, a 1,000 gallon backup water supply and redundant internet via high speed cable and high speed Starlink Satelite. Our property manager is available to come assist you 6 days per week from 7am to 3pm in case there are any issues. Daily housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

A short boat ride away is Bottom Harbour where you can swim with, feed and pet wild sea turtles and swing from a rope into a beautiful lagoon. Other fun things to do include bone fishing, deep water fishing, snorkeling, diving, horseback riding on the beach, visiting Preacher’s Cave, the Blue Hole or pigs beach where wild pigs can be fed, swam with and petted. Boats and jet skis can be rented by the hour, the day or the week - please let us know if you need help organizing any of these activities.
