Maison de plage juste rénovée 17/11/17 autonome (personne au-dessus ou en dessous de vous!)
Je l'ai acheté en octobre 2017 et l'ai remodelé.
Cette maison a un intérieur très isolé qui est beaucoup plus frais et plus silencieux que la plupart des propriétés. L'intérieur entier a été remodelé. Le salon principal peut accueillir confortablement de 13 à 15 personnes! Vous aurez un séjour très «spacieux» pour tout le monde. Il est situé sur ce que je crois être la meilleure cour de South Mission Beach.
Les lits sont tous neufs qui sont 2 rois et une reine ou je peux vous fournir 1 roi, une reine et 2 lits jumeaux, pas de problème. Le patio extérieur est assez grand pour les grands rassemblements et les grands barbecues.

Cohasset Ct. est à environ 10 minutes à pied du célèbre parc Belmont, qui comprend des montagnes russes de 80 ans ainsi que de nombreuses autres attractions et attractions pour les adultes et les enfants de tous âges. Il y a aussi de nombreux restaurants raffinés et des boutiques de vêtements de plage dans le parc. Cohasset Ct. est également à deux minutes à pied de deux bars locaux et quatre restaurants ainsi qu'une supérette.

«Il vient avec tout ... Chaises de plage boogie boards parapluies serviettes de plage draps shampoing au savon le meilleur de tout ce que vous adorerez avoir AC. Laveuse / sécheuse et 2 stationnements (dont un avec garage).

Apportez-vous simplement des maillots de bain!

Nice, clean and close to the beach

Cute, old cottage 4-5 houses from the beach. Close to coffee and food. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location if you dont wamt the constant walking traffic. Still close enough to the beach.

Very spacious & Clean.. Beds were very comfortable. Deck outside is perfect to hang out and enjoy the mornings/evenings. Excellent location to the beach, boardwalk & bars.

Beach Getaway!

Perfect home to sit back and relax after a day on the beach! Super close and easy 15 second walk and your feet are in the sand. Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome location!!

Great home in an amazing location. Everything was as described and Clark is a great host. One minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the bay. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Mission Beach home away from home

This place and owner make you feel like you were at home, I highly recommend this to anyone who has a family or just hanging out with your spouse front outdoor patio was perfect for grilling and family get together. I will be back to this home.

Close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach. The local corner store has everything you’ll need when shopping for groceries for your stay. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach house

We had a great time at Clark’s property. The patio is wonderful for enjoying the great weather and the beach is steps away. There are no noisy neighbors above you which is rare in Mission Beach. We will be back

Great location, best host

Our last minute trip was perfect! Of course location and accommodation were beautiful, but it was really the generous and friendly host (property owner/manager) that made sure we had everything we needed before we got there, while we stayed and even checked in just to make sure we were getting to do all the things we wanted while we were there. This property earned more stars than I'm able to give here.

Mission Beach Vacation

We had a great time at Clark's beach bungalow. Fantastic! Super cozy and convenient house with three bedrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. Clark was always available via cell phone and made us feel at home upon our arrival. I look forward to staying here again !!

Clark and his son were very attentive. we had some questions and they got right back to us and even came over. The house is just steps from the beach and from coffee shops and breakfast places. It was a fun location to stay in. We almost had a flight delay and Clark was quick to offer for us to stay if we got stranded.

Family mixing

Been to Mission Beach many times. First time with a new significant other and mixing the families. Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed cooking and having big meals together. The porch was perfect!

Mission Beach

We had a great stay. Finding the house was a bit tricky since a street sign was missing but Clark met us, gave us a tour of the home & wonderful restaurant recommendations. We had my husband, 85 yr old mom, & sister-in-law staying while we visited great nieces & a new great nephew. The house has everything you would need for a beach get away. Even has a beach view from the front porch. Thank you for sharing your home.

Thank you so much for the great rating. Since all the powerlines were buried, and all the streets were re-paved, they forgot one sign, which is cohasset Court. It only took them 20 years to bury the lines. I wonder how long it will take to give us back our street sign in the alleyway. Ha ha ha. I really enjoyed your family and friends. Great location, nice deck, very cozy home!

We stayed here as a group of six, and found the house to be just right. It has everything you need, and is steps to the beach and the bay. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions, even in the evening. The large dining table was great for family dinners and the large sectional was great for movie night. Sadly it rained most of the time we stayed, so we only got to used the deck a little, but we really liked it. The home was clean and comfortable, and has the charm of a more historic home. Thanks for a great stay.

Beach Bungalow heaven

The property was exactly as described. It was full of an almost rustic charm but all mod cons. Everything worked as should and Clark couldn’t have been more helpful before the stay and came to give us a welcome hello when we arrived. I have no doubt that had we had any issues, he’d have attended to them promptly. The only problem I have is that now my kids want to live there…!

Great one story house

The location is perfect. In between bay and ocean-located on ocean side. Perfect for 6 adults. Nice patio. Clark was very helpful when we contacted him. One space for single car. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Large refrigerator if you are bringing groceries. The best feature is the one story, stand alone house in South Mission Beach. Very hard to find.
