Clean condo all the amenities were amazing. Anything you need its there for you. So close to the beach, you could hear the ocean from the living room. Close to stores & restaurants which was perfect. Only negatives are no A/C & homeless hanging out on the lawn.

Kehei getaway

Perfect location. Lovely condo. The only thing lacking was air conditioning in the bedroom for better sleeping when the weather is warm and humid. We loved our stay. Would stay there again

We love This condo because it is ground floor with a grassy area and just steps to the ocean. It is relatively updated, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Being a smaller complex, it is relatively quiet, which suits us for a totally relaxing stay. We will return again

The condo was equipped with the essentials and extras as needed. The view from the room was stunning. Overall I would stay here again however, would hope for a little more cleanliness as there was dust and some dirt covering most surfaces.

Paradise

This is a relatively small condo complex which added to the charm of the condo. We enjoyed every moment especially morning coffee on the lanai. We used the BBQ grill and the swimming pool areas, both well maintained. The grounds were well maintained and the swaying palm trees added a touch of romance. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to visit again soon.

Perfect location

This condo is at a perfect spot right on the beach. Convenient walking to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also very well equipped with beach gear and kitchen essentials. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Maui. Aloha!

A Gem!

We love this complex because it is small, low key and quiet. The unit is in a perfect spot on the ground floor, which we love. It is well maintained, well stocked, updated and very comfortable. Have stayed three times and are about to book our next stay

Nicely remodeled Condo

The unit was very nice, with an excellent updated kitchen and bathroom. It has great access to the beach and the perfect place to watch the amazing Maui sunsets. Unit was stocked with everything you might need. There is a bit of road noise from the bedroom when windows are open.

Honeymoon in Maui

We had an AMAZING TIME!!! The condo was exactly as described. We were able to visit every party of Maui during our stay. Good, entertainment, shopping, the people. It was exactly what we'd hoped. Being right on the beach seeing the sea turtles was one of the highlights of our stay! Thank you for being an amazing host!

Comodo appartamento fronte mare

Struttura pulita e curata. Dotata di tutte le necessitĂ  come utensili da cucina, spezie e alcuni condimenti a disposizione, prodotti per la pulizia della casa, ombrellone, sdraio e borse frigo. Ottima vista mare con bellissimi tramonti. Abbiamo visto anche qualche tartaruga.

Maui extraordinaire!

This was a mother-daughter trip with my 16 year old. We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is exactly as described. It’s so appreciated when owners post accurate info. The place was immaculately clean and tidy. Every drawer is super well organized making it so easy to find what you are looking for. The location is perfect : right on a beautiful beach, couple minutes walk from grocery, shops and restaurants. If you plan on visiting the numerous sites of Maui like we did, I feel this is an ideal location. We are delighted with our stay and leave with incredible memories and a heart full of gratitude.

Best of Maui

The condo was very well maintained and has everything from views to supplies to nearby stores. We were working from here for a week and enjoyed the beach in the afternoons. The host Tara was super cool and allowed us an extra day of stay than we actually booked. The beach has shallow waters for a good 300ft with turtles on the reefs and ideal for SUP, which we enjoyed. And the best thing is the sunset on the horizon right from our couch. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to visit again :)

Little slice of Paradise

This is our second visit to this unit in 6 months. We loved the unit itself as well as the proximity to the beach and pool and particularly being on the ground floor. This complex is very low key and quiet, which is exactly why we like it. It also makes it easy to meet and talk to people, many of whom were the owners. The unit is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. We will be looking to re-book this unit again next fall.

Fantastic Location

It has a beautiful view and is so quiet. It also has everything you’d need to take to the beach
although, we didn’t find the boggie boards until after we’d already rented some. No worries though
we could have reached out and asked and just didn’t. It was central to shopping and food places. (Nutcharees..oh my heavens
so good! ..and dangerously close.) We loved that although we had our own beach right out the door, we were also an easy distance to other beaches. The lack of AC, wasn’t an issue to us even though my hubbie has a pretty low tolerance for heat. However, we were here in October, so maybe it was cooler anyway?? None the less, we’d for sure stay again!

Convenient to all Maui attractions

This was our 2nd time in this unit which has had a very nice 're-do' of the FORMER 1970's look since our last visit! We like the building location because it's near a shopping center, but right on the ocean and off the busy main road in Kihei. Easy beach access. Only adverse item is the lack of a blackout shade on entry door window and wall windows in bedroom to block morning sun - for those who are light-sensitive in the morning. No AC in this unit, but ceiling and floor fans keep air moving nicely. Bed and furniture is very comfy, and unit has all necessary items for cooking...including the new frying pan we left cuz the original 10" one had a rounded bottom and didn't work properly on the glass surface stove!

Work Getaway

We had to work in Maui for a week. I spend time in the orchards and my wife worked from the condo. This was a nice little getaway to work during the day and enjoy Maui during the evenings.

Ocean views

The home owner was very positive and engaged during the 11 night stay. The residence was well maintained and stocked for kitchen related needs. The view was great from the patio area, including great beach coffee in the morning and sunset views for the evenings. I will definitely request this residence again !

Perfect location

This one Bedroom, One bath, Ground floor unit was bought in the 1960's by my grandfather. Now, owned by my aunt, she shares the unit by renting it out to family, friends and friends of friends.
My family (2 Children) and I live on Whidbey Island and already know why island living is so special. However we sometimes do not get to visit this comfortable condo as often as we like. Because we all are living busy lives, my mother and I have agreed to help my aunt out by managing and organizing the renting of my grandfather's unit through VRBO for more people to enjoy.
