The space
Upon entering you will walk into the living room with an open floor plan - containing both the kitchen and main living room. Floor to ceiling windows will show Cape Kiwanda and the ocean on clear days) with a sea of trees in between.

Just a 8 minute walk thru the quaint neighborhood to get to the beach. There is also access to the Nestucca River just one block away- perfect to paddle board, kayak or maybe catch a catfish.

BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms have comfortable queen size memory foam beds and organic cotton sheets. The main bedroom on the main level has a master walk-in closet, 42” tv and access to the full size bathroom.

Two queen size beds downstairs with 6' closets. A full bathroom downstairs is tucked away is on the other side of the downstairs living room for privacy.

A 4th queen size bed is as a pull out couch in the downstairs living room. Extra organic cotton bedding is left in the laundry room for guests to use as they need.

LIVING ROOMS: The main living room is upstairs (upon entering the house) contains floor to ceiling windows of Cape Kiwanda and the sea of trees below. A woodburning fireplace will be cozy on chilly coastal nights. The main living room has a small sectional and 2 chairs.

The downstairs living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa and also a 6-foot leather sofa. Two lounge bean bag chairs are tucked away in the game closet. Both living rooms have 50" tv's with HD and connected to: Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, Apple TV, Youtube TV (with local stations).

KITCHEN: The full kitchen has everything you need to make delicious meals at the house. Stainless steel cookware, full drawer of utensils, drawer of cutlery, herbs and seasonings, olive oil and ground coffee. Plus choose your favorite way to make coffee: family coffee pot, pour over or french press.

BBQ: A new propane BBQ is off the main deck. Grill some burgers with a view!

PARKING: The property has 4 parking spaces. One in the garage, and 3 on the driveway behind the garage. (Please no parking on the street)

DECKS: The deck on the main level has a beautiful view of Cape Kiwanda and a sea of trees in between. 8 person lounge sectional seating area on one end of the deck. On the other end of the deck by the BBQ is a bar seating area with 5 chairs.

The downstairs deck of the second living room has 2 Adirondack chairs and a tree view.

FRONT YARD: There is a front deck with 2 chairs to catch the morning sun. Dogs are allowed in the house, but the front yard is not built for dogs to roam. There is a walking dog path outside the house for the pups.

PRIVACY: You will have access to the entire house + 1 car garage. There will be no owners or other guests present. Your private getaway awaits!
