This location is perfect for traveling nurses, corporate stays, relocating families, or even a working vacation. Enjoy the best of Knoxville with this fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, which features panoramic mountain views, a private fenced yard, gated driveway, custom built deck, hot tub that seats 6, separate downstairs bedroom/bathroom with its own patio. Business speed internet throughout the whole house makes this an ideal spot for travel assignments. We provide renters with the option to utilize our Brink's home security system if they wish and all utilities are included.
The open concept living area has a 65-inch smart TV with Amazon streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, a gas stove, cooking, baking and serving utensils, and a tea and coffee station complete with an automatic espresso machine. Downstairs we have a new washer/dryer combo in a laundry area with a sink and plenty of storage space. For your comfort and convenience, we provide linens, towels for the spa and bathrooms, kitchen towels, starter soaps for the laundry and kitchen, hand soap in the bathrooms, toilet paper, starter paper towels and trash bags and cleaning supplies. All instructions for using amenities in the home are included in our house book and we are always open to requests for things you might need during your stay or questions you may have about the area.
On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large closet, iron and ironing board, drawer space under the bed and in the closet, blackout curtains and a private master bathroom with a double vanity and rain shower. This bathroom's toilet has a bidet.
The second bedroom on the first level has a queen-sized bed, blinds, a small reading corner and shelving and hanging space in the closet. Across the hall, the second bathroom has a shower tub combo with jets and toilet with a bidet.
The third bedroom upstairs, has a queen bed, mountain views and plenty of closet space and blackout blinds.
The fourth bedroom/living space on the basement level offers versatility and privacy if the rental is split between travel companions, since it is separated from the laundry area by double doors and has its own patio entrance to the backyard. This room offers a king-size day bed with memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, a desk space, couch, 36-inch TV, small dresser, closet with hanging space and a decorative fireplace. The cozy under-the-deck patio on the lower level is equipped with a fire table, an outdoor heater, and a fountain, and hanging lights.
Our upstairs split-level deck has ample seating, an outdoor table, umbrella, rocking chairs, outdoor fan, fire table and Bluetooth speakers. Past renters have found the backyard to be very family friendly and peaceful. The front of the rental building is shielded from the street by a large row of hedges and a lot of greenery making it feel quite private as well. Guests have the option of off-street parking in the front or back of the building.
