GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the home, expansive deck, home theatre/game room, office, full laundry room, and all amenities listed. Please note: locked owners closets, bluff stairs, garage and shed are not accessible to guests. Guests have access to private driveway parking.

Bluff side property- be aware of surroundings and supervise children at all times.
Restricted areas- three locked owner’s closets, outdoor bluff stairs, shed, and garage are inaccessible to guests.  Private driveway parking is available to guests.
Respect check in and checkout times in EDT time zone.
Be respectful and take care of our home. Clean up any spills immediately.
Clean up any water/ liquids on the floor immediately
Do not move or rearrange furniture, theatre projector equipment or landscaping lights.
All windows and doors must be locked when guests are not on premises.
