The Space:

Beautiful renovated 3 bed 2 bath bungalow in quiet waterfront community just 12 minutes to downtown Brunswick and the hospital and college, 10 minutes to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and 25 minutes to the beaches of St. Simons and Jekyll Island! You are also just a couple of quick miles away from I-95 for easy access.



Stepping into the home you enter the large open living space and the fully furnished, modern kitchen. You have a breakfast nook and formal dining area for larger families. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a shorter or longer stay.



The primary bedroom has a King bed and bathroom with beautiful tiled shower and large walk in closet. The first guest room has two twin beds and the second has a Queen bed. They each share a bathroom that is a shower/tub combo.



There is a washer/dryer for your use.



Stepping outside you have a nice-sized raised deck that is overlooking the large, fenced-in backyard and has seating. There is a firepit with chairs and a grill for you to barbeque.



There is a 2-car garage for you to store your vehicles and an additional 2-3 cars can fit int the driveway comfortably. Boats, RVs and trailers are welcome.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home is easy to access 24 hours a day via an electronic lock with a secure code!

Quiet, water-front community located near everything the Golden Isles has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
