Great Stay and Experience!

Awesome house! Only 25 minutes from St. Simons and right off I-95. Perfect place for Georgia/Florida weekend! Hosts were responsive and had everything as expected! Great stay!

Family time

Loved the stay. The pool was great. The grandchildren loved it as well. Would definitely recommend staying there. Island Minutes feels like home.

The home and yard are stunning! Pool was peaceful, clean and enjoyable. Hot tub looked lovely but didn't use it. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Wonderful neighborhood close to the Golden Islands and Brunswick. Would definitely stay again!

Vacation getaway

This was a great location, not far from restaurants, or Jekyll island. Plenty of space and privacy for our two teenagers. We loved the pool! Each bedroom having a queen bed and a tv was a bonus. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Beautiful home!

Fabulous stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. Property was very clean. Great location. 20 to 30 minutes from beaches and great fishing areas. Pool was perfect! Just a few short minutes to grocery stores. Communication from the host was very good! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place comfy and clean

Clean, comfy, and spacious. The pool was especially nice for the kids. The screened-in porch was great for dinner or morning coffee. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping. FLETC was 10 minutes.

Comfortable and spacious

A very clean and comfortable home. Yard and pool area was clean and private. The home had a very easy access lock and the owners were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property.

Family Getaway Fun

Our family stayed at the property for a week and it worked perfectly for us. We are a family of 5 that have 3 kiddos 10 and under. The pool ended up being the perfect end-of-day hang out spot. The drive to St. Simon's was easy and we ended up making the drive 5/6 full days we were in town (so it is definitely manageable). Great find! Would absolutely return.

Great family getaway

Great location between Jekyll Island and St Simon's Island Great home to meet with our married adult children. We all enjoyed our special time together. Everyone had their own bedroom. Nice quiet neighborhood. Basic amenities provided. Coffee for Kuerig would be nice touch to provide for guests. Great recommendation from Matt and Jo to eat at Iguana's!

upon arrival there were two dead mice in pool.in which we removed. One bedroom had a closet door missing. Towels were hard and mildew smelling. Neighbors constantly watched us upon leaving and arriving each day no matter what time it was.

Ms. Byrd, I am sorry you did not like our review of you as a guest, and therefore felt the need to retaliate here. As anyone who has had a pool understands, it is common to have intruders drop in from time to time. What you fail to mention is that we have weekly pool service by trained professionals and supply minor pool equipment for retrieving debris and small critters. Sorry for your inconvenience. As you properly state, there was a closet door missing which we made you aware of prior to your check in due to a hinge breaking during cleaning before your arrival. You never mentioned any issues from it prior to now. Towels smelling mildew? Again, you never mentioned this previously. We could have easily had the housekeeper provide you with fresh linen and towels upon request. Lastly, my neighbors watching you closely as you arrived and left. Thank goodness for them! I will have to make sure I tell them all how much I appreciate that. There must have been a reason. Again, hate that you had an unpleasant stay, thankfully, you will never be allowed to come back and do any more damage. Thanks!

Beautiful

Beautiful home with great location to I 95. All the access you need to stores and restaurant and not a bad drive to St Simons Island. Neighborhood is quite and clean.

2nd Time Around

I have stayed at this property twice now and the owners are a pleasure to deal with and the home is beautiful. The house has more amenities than we could possibly use and has lots of parking.

Absolutely wonderful

The house is in a convenient location to St. Simmons, other islands, and Florida. The pool was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet. Will come again and YOU should come too!

Perfect for a family - great location.

We had a wonderful time. The house was so clean and even better than the pictures displayed on website, if that’s possible. We cooked some meals at home and anything utensil/appliance wise was available. Perfect location to grocery and restaurants. We visited the turtle rescue on Jekyll Island and only about 30 minutes travel time. My grandson asked If we could come back. I highly recommend this wonderful home.
