4 Bedroom 2ba Upper Level of a Duplex House Big enough to accommodate 10 people comfortably.

Well Equipped Home. Spend the day on the water then come home relax and play some games, have family night in the game room and family room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom and King size bed. The kids room has 2 King beds and can sleep 4 comfortably. Time to make some memories!

Pets are not allowed.
Note:
The house has been separated into two completely different units with a locked door between them that is locked from both sides (upstairs and basement) so neither guest can enter the other unit. There may be times when you will be sharing the house with other guests downstairs. Each room in the house as well as the Family Room and Kitchen areas are all controlled by individual air conditioners so you will have complete control over temperature of each room. There is a listing for the entire house if you would prefer that. The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large Family Room.
â The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
â We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep TV and all other noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors or Basement Guests.
â No smoking inside; you may use the area on the south side of the house far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
â No illegal substances are allowed.
â No candles or other open flames in the house.
â Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
â Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
â Visitors are allowed.
â Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
â If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
â Please Park on the right side of the driveway closest to the front door so the basement guests can park on the far left side of the driveway. The driveway is very big.
