SITUE AU 60 DE LA ROUTE BERWICK AU COEUR DU VILLAGE OGUNQUIT. C’est vraiment "Votre maison relaxante et confortable, loin de chez vous". Idéalement situé au cœur d’Ogunquit, le centre du village et la plage sont à quelques minutes à pied. Garez votre voiture et marchez pour le reste de votre séjour! Cottage est entièrement meublé avec tous les éléments essentiels tels que draps, serviettes, literie, etc. Blanchisserie sur place.

Charmante maison de campagne a été entièrement repeinte, réaménagée et rénovée pour offrir tout le confort de la maison, et même plus. Le salon principal offre un endroit ensoleillé et agréable pour se détendre. Espace patio avec table et chaises avec barbecue pour votre plus grand plaisir en plein air.

My sister and I have stayed at this cottage a few times and have always enjoyed this great property! Great location with an easy walk to downtown and to the beach. We hope to rent again in the Spring!

Fantastic getaway cottage

A cozy and beautiful place to stay just a short walk from downtown Ogunquit! The accommodations are wonderful and in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the main beach. The host is very responsive and available to answer questions.

Great location, great owners

The unit met everything needed in terms of a short walk downtown, ample parking, a clean well run place that met all the needs. The owners were easy to reach and very easy to work with. I would stay here again.

Great location!

My friends and I had a great time at Aaron’s cottage. It was cute and comfortable with enough space to hangout both inside and outside. It was very well located for walking into town and Aaron was very helpful with suggestions for things to do around Ogunquit. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect spot for an Ogunquit stay

This cozy cottage is tucked off Main Street but a quick walk to shops, restaurants and beach. Scott and Judy provided we very amenity needed including fresh flowers in the main area. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the gas fire provided needed warmth during a chilly, rainy Saturday. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Berwick rd cottage

Nice little cottage. Not good for a handicap person. Steep stair into the bathroom. Nice quiet area, just off the main st. Very convenient to shops.

Perfect spot in Ogunquit

Wonderful stay in Cottage 2! Walkable to town, beach, and grocery store. Kitchen was fully stocked, really nice stove/oven and outside grill. Beds were super comfortable. Aaron is local so is familiar with the area to make recommendations to make sure your stay is comfortable. Nice touches provided like fully stocked shed with beach supplies, some books for beach reads and board games in case of rainy days. We will be back!

Love this place

My family has been coming here since 2015. Aaron is the new owner and is very friendly and attentive. He made nice updates to the property which aren’t reflected in the photos and I ran out of time so didn’t take any myself. This property cannot be beat for location and convenience to everything. We can’t wait to come back next year and beyond!

Fantastic Vacation

Just back back from a wonderful week vacation at this cottage. It was the perfect place for my wife and, teen daughter, and two of her friends. The cottage has everything you need, and provides linens, towels, beach chairs, grille, and even a pizza stone we tried on the last night. Scott is very accommodating and knows the area well. He gave great recommendations from a morning hike to a wonderful spot for sunset drinks. We enjoyed our vacation and thought it was one of our best yet. We hope to be back soon.

Loved it all! Except.....

Beautiful, quiet property. Just four or five houses from Main Street. Very clean, and excellently appointed. Only drawback was that the ladies who were renting the unit attached next door would come out on their patio area all the time, causing us to have to shut our windows so as not to have to share their disgusting, offensive, second-hand smoke. Out of respect for others, no smoking should be allowed anywhere on the property.

Great stay!

This was our first time visiting Ogunquit and it was great! The owner of this property greeted us upon arrival and was readily available for any issues during the week. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and very well maintained. The grounds were also tidy and we had our own outside table and chairs . Aaron (owner) was very generous in having chairs and beach carts available for us. the location of this property was great for us. It's about 5 minutes walk to the center of town and all the shops and restaurants, and approx 15 minute walk to beach. At the most we had 4 adults (1 night only)using this cottage and it was fine. In order to get to the 3rd bedroom (twin bed) you do have to go through another bedroom. There's no direct access. Wasn't a problem for us as we didn't use that room. Overall a really nice stay, great location, great owner. Would love to visit again.

Lovely cottage, ideal location, excellent hosts

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the property, its location and Scott and Judy's hospitality. This was my first time using anything like Trip Adviser but if all offerings and hosts are close to what we experienced, then I'm hooked! Before we even arrived Scott called to check on us and discovered we were probably going to stop on the way to grab a bite to eat. He recommended Hurricane in Kennebunkport. What a way to start our stay! Good service, a beautiful view and delicious food. It was the first of many wonderful dining recommendations Scott and Judy had for us during the week (Angelino's, Bread and Roses, New England Clam House, Joshua's to name a few). Since Scott and Judy knew it was our first time doing anything like this and we were their first renters of the season, we felt like we got a lot of special attention - but something tells me they are that hospitable to everyone they meet. We had fresh cuttings of flowers in every room when we arrived and Judy surprised us by sharing a wonderful breakfast quiche she had made. (She and Scott both said not to expect it every time but we were first timers, their their first renters of the year and we were there before the season started so we kind of hit the Trifecta.) The cottage is darling with every amenity we needed and an easy walk to the heart of the shops even for 2 over 65 sisters like us. All the shop owners were so gracious, taking time to visit and give recommendations of things to do and see. We never tired of the Marginal Way, the amazing fresh seafood, which I had at every meal, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be going back to what we now think of as "our" cottage. Thanks Scott and Judy for making our vacation so special!

Yellow home away from home

Scott and Judy are such a nice couple. Very accommodating and helpful in answering any questions. Property was so cute, clean, and had everything we could want for a beach stay. Location was perfect with ample parking. Beach and the center of town was a short walk. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Aaron and Tricia have been coming to Ogunquit their entire lives. Aaron's Grandparents and parents owned Parsons Post House Inn for 65 years until it was sold in 2010. In 2020 we decided to follow in their foot steps and purchased these properties to host families.
This unique property provides families with the option of staying in an independent cottage or house or rent all 3 for larger family reunions. We outfitted the cottages w/ all of the comforts of home to make your stay w/ us cozy and special.
