Had a great time people very friendly, very clean ,only had one grumpy old man when we first got there yelled at us well we where trying to find our parking spot close to the beach ,lots of place in walking distance my special needs son had the time of his life

We had a really great time, and enjoyed that this condo was only a 1 minute walk to the beach. There is a closet full of everything you could possibly need for the beach! The pool and laundry room were clean. The condo itself was also very clean and smelled nice. My only suggestion would be that it might be time to replace the shower head in the master bath.Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back again soon.

Great location & pool!

This was a great condo for two couples or a small family. There were some cleanliness/maintenance issues upon arrival, but the guest contact was helpful and understanding. The walk to the beach is just across the street and the pool was a great place to cool off! It was definitely a more adult friendly condo. It is a very residential area so if you are looking for excursions or lots of extra activities I would recommend staying a little more north. Overall we had a great trip and the condo was worth the price!

The place was well priced, clean, and conveniently located on a quieter end if the strip. The beach access was right across the street.Check in was not as smooth because we had not received an email with instructions prior to the day of arrival. We ended up contacting the property management and there were several steps to take in order to gain access to our apartment. Given a long day of travel it felt daunting. But the property management company did walk us through everything even though it was later at night.

Everything you need

The place is clean, nicely updated, safe and right across the street from the beach access. The beach had a safe shallow area for small children during high tide, so that was a nice surprise for us. The beach has a very large sand area so there's plenty of space. There's also good options for shade in the afternoon due to the buildings. The unit had everything we needed and the price was right. We relaxed and had a great time together as a family.

I booked this property based on positive reviews and was not disappointed. It's immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped for an extended stay. I work remotely, so a quiet, comfortable place for my office set-up was essential. Internet connection is high-speed and stable. This property fit my requirements perfectly. This is in the best area of the beach - it's mostly residential with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including may local favorites. The building is on the corner of A1A and Emilia approach, which means you can drive and park on the beach north of Emilia or enjoy a traffic-free zone south of Emilia. Check-in/Check-out is easy, the owner is a great person and easy to reach. You're going to have a great experience booking this property :) This is now my go-to choice for every visit in Port Orange - highly recommended!

Office lady was great. Community room kept nice and clean. Pool was fun a bit on cooler side. Pickle ball court had cracks but worked fine. The downside, the unit we were in had an unpleasant smell. We emptied stale water from a washing making in kitchen and that helped. There was only one key. The office manager kindly checked the the unit owner for us if we could get another key and we were told we would need to pay for it. The inconvenience of one key is a hassle as you need the key to get in and out of the pool and pickleball area. And you need the key to get in the building. So we needed to call the person who had the key to let us in and out. Also the unit we rented was on first floor. The upper units would be better to rent as you would be able to use the balcony. The patio on first was right by the busy road so all you heard was traffic. Getting to beach was easy. There is a push button for crossing. Beach was beautiful.
