Beachfront Lake House sur Wylie!

Une toute nouvelle maison vient de s'achever en juin 2013, cette maison de vacances vous offre toutes les nouvelles commodités sur un beau terrain boisé ancien sur le lac Wylie. C'est un petit coin de paradis qu'il faut voir pour y croire. L'une des rares maisons de plage de sable sur le lac Wylie, ce terrain plat facilite les allers-retours depuis le quai. La cour arriÚre a beaucoup de fonctionnalités et d'activités dont deux patios, l'un surélevé avec une table pour 8 personnes et l'autre parfait pour un feu ouvert. Le quai est livré complet avec un parasol et des chaises de plage. Les actifs disponibles incluent la fosse en fer à cheval et le gibier.

Une fois Ă  l'intĂ©rieur, vous trouverez une magnifique maison construite sur mesure avec un style contemporain. Plan d'Ă©tage trĂšs ouvert avec plafonds de 10 'au premier Ă©tage. La cuisine a un Ăźlot substantiel avec des siĂšges, une machine Ă  glaçons et des tiroirs Ă  boissons. Parfait pour les fĂȘtes. La grande salle a une immense coupe devant un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD de 50 '. Une salle de jeux est Ă©quipĂ©e de tables de ping-pong et de palets.

La chambre principale au premier étage a une baignoire sur mesure et un dressing. Il comprend un lit king-size et une véranda privée avec moustiquaire. Le deuxiÚme étage a deux chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. Une chambre a un lit queen tandis que l'autre a 2 lits superposés pour accueillir 4 enfants. Dans le grenier est un nouvel entraßneur gigogne et 40 'HDTV. c'est parfait pour l'équipement de jeu pour enfants.

Il y a des planchers de bois franc grattés à la main au premier étage et au grenier. Tous les téléviseurs ont une programmation DirecTV. Apportez votre iPod pour vous connecter au systÚme audio qui joue dans tout le premier étage, le patio et le porche avec moustiquaire.

La derniÚre caractéristique unique est une douche extérieure fermée. Si vous n'avez jamais inondé les éléments, vous ne l'oublierez jamais.

Absolutely perfect lake place, level lot, rare beachfront, kayaks, private view, fire pit with lots of seating, amazing sunrise right out the window and dock. Hosts are great, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend for that lake house getaway for couples or families. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time with our family for our early Christmas. The house was nice, but several appliances did not work. We had to use a lighter to start the stove, oven light didn’t work, knobs were broken on the stove and toaster. We had to pick up garbage on the deck and beach. I was disappointed that there was no starter shampoo or soaps. We had to go out and buy them. Overall it was a nice location and we enjoyed the fire pit. They just need to fix the appliances which should be an easy fix.

The lake view was beautiful. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best most of the time, but the inside activities and things we had planned kept us entertained. Communication with the owner was excellent, we really appreciated the quick responses. We were also grateful they allowed us check in a bit earlier, it enabled us to get everything ready for when the rest of the family arrived.

Just wonderful
what a blessing

Unfortunately due to a death in the family myself and other out of state fall members made the long trek to SC this weekend. This home provided us with so much warmth and comfort in a very difficult time. It was spacious allowing everyone the opportunity to connect and decompress as they needed. The view was beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The host was very attentive to our needs via email although there was not much we had to ask fo as it had all we needed. TIKI TOSS was family hit!!!! We have not laughed and poked fun that much in a very long time. We will probably talk about that game for Years to come. Thank you for a wonderful stay and blessing.

Amazing house on the lake

This place is simply amazing. The yard is very private. There are trees that line the property and the adjoining houses are far apart. The dock was very long so there was always plenty of sun hitting it (it extended well beyond the tree shadows). The house had everything we could ask for. It was clean, comfortable, and the furnishings were all top of the line. We had a great time and look forwad to staying here again in the future.

Amazing time, lots to do and very relaxing.

We stayed for a week and I can't express how much fun we had, the home was very comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We went with kids from 2-15yrs old and they all enjoyed it. We drove to a few local water falls and rented a pontoon boat with Boat Rental USA and they left it on the dock for us which was very convenient (704-980-7627) . With the pontoon we went to a sand bar that was about a 10 min boat ride and did tubing also. The home was very comfortable, everything about it was just amazing! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Great Staycation

We are locals that spend a ton of time on lake wylie. this location is exceptional. we loved our stay and the property manager (and owners) were extremely pleasant to work with on a few special considerations we needed assistance with.

Great Lake Wylie Getaway

We live in Charlotte but needed a short getaway as all our other vacations this year were canceled due to COVID. The house was perfect for my husband, son and I. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the kayaks and the fishing off the pier was fantastic, caught (and released) several catfish and small bass. The house was clean and the little touches - like shampoo and body wash in the showers, extra toothbrushes and ear plugs - was unexpected but so nice. We also loved the game room, many matches of ping pong and shuffle board were played. We rented a platoon boat on Saturday and had friends come join us, the house and yard easily accomodated the extra people and they all loved the house too. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for a rental and there were some basic spices and salt/pepper/olive oil. Highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy a little peace and quiet on Lake Wylie.

Love Lake Wylie

House was very clean and new with lots of amenities. New firepit which wasn't in the pictures was a nice surprise. Wish the checkin procedures which listed details were sent ahead of time as we already packed some things that were included (e.g., beach towels, beach toys, life vests). Overall a great place to stay!

Amazing House

Had everything we needed!! Views of lake and the fishing was oustanding!! We had kayaks which was most enjoying exercising and the game room was awesome!! Wonderful short get away and can't wait to get back!!!

Wonderful Lake Getaway

Our family recently spent a few days here on Lake Wylie. This home was the perfect getaway for us. It is a beautiful house with gorgeous views of the Lake. The kids had a blast in the game room and outside on the private beach, dock, and on the kayaks. Evenings were spent going to dinner in town, then returning to the house to sit outside and take in the views of the lake and stars. Carol, the property manager, was extremely helpful in helping us get situated and answering any questions we had. She gave us some great recommendations for local things to do and see as well. If you want a peaceful place to escape and enjoy as a couple or family, this is it! You won't be disappointed.

Family Gathering and Celebration

A beautiful setting with a variety of amenities for all to enjoy. regardless of age. The shuffle board and ping pong were a big hit with the grandkids, as was the loft where they could play the video games they brought.. Outdoors, the corn hole game was a popular choice.The kitchen had everything you needed whether you wanted to cook a meal or just bring in take-out.. Also there was plenty of space for everyone to find a seat to watch their favorite college football game. My mother in law whose 90th birthday we were celebrating enjoyed being in the midst of all the activity taking place in that expansive open area on the main floor. Reading previous reviews, I will concur with the one that shared that the size of the bed upstairs as being a double rather than a queen. Not really an issue, unless a future guest was counting on a particular size. Bottom line however, the house was great and it played an important role in the success of our visit. We would strongly recommend it for people looking for place to stay in the area. .
