Impressionnant et relaxant 2Bdr / 1bthr. Super emplacement et bon rapport qualité-prix.

Deux chambres / 1 salle de bain, peinture et mobilier neufs. Location minimum 1 mois. Joliment dĂ©corĂ© pour une sensation d'ocĂ©an cool. Le condo a environ 900 pi2 et il a une place de stationnement. Une chambre a un lit queen et l'autre un grand lit jumeau avec un lit gigogne en dessous pour un deuxiĂšme jumeau. La cuisine a des appareils mis Ă  jour et a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Joli balcon pour prendre le petit dĂ©jeuner, le dĂ©jeuner ou le dĂźner. Connexion Wi-Fi haut dĂ©bit, AppleTV avec NETFLIX connectĂ©. La plage est Ă  1 minute Ă  pied (moins d'un demi-pĂątĂ© de maisons). Il y a un Ă©norme supermarchĂ© Win-Dixie Ă  1 pĂątĂ© de maisons, en face du boulevard Crandon. Sur la mĂȘme place, il y a le meilleur yogourt glacĂ© de KB ainsi que plusieurs restaurants exceptionnels.

Great place!

We spent a month in this appartment and we really enjoyed our stay! Very good location: close to the beach, supermarket and playground in Crandon's park. Ideal for a family with 2 kids! Carlos is helpful, and answers very quickly to any requests. We highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back.

Perfect!

We stayed at Carlos' place for 5 weeks this winter, and highly recommend it. The location is perfect -- 1/2 block to the beach and 1 block to the grocery store and restaurants. Key Biscayne (KB) is ideal for those who want to be close to Miami but want to feel like you're far away from it all. The pace on KB is slow and mellow, which was exactly what we wanted. The apartment has everything you need, and the owner Carlos is very responsive and helpful. The apartment pool is nice, and the beach is fabulous. The apartment is in easy walking distance to one of the best playgrounds in the Miami region, as well as to the Key Biscayne Community Center (KBCC). If you're looking for an easy way to keep kids entertained on a rainy day, you can get a one-day pass to the KBCC for $6/day. The indoor playground is great! There are also entertainment rooms for toddlers and teens, as well as a great gym, pool, etc. We loved our stay at Carlos' place and strongly recommend it!

Perfect location- perfect apartment

My wife and children stayed in the apartment for nearly 6 weeks, and I joined the last two weeks. The apartment is in a really good location; a few minutes walk away from the beach, and shops. The apartment block swimming pool was great, perfect for the kids, with my 2 year old learning to swim in the 6 weeks. Key Biscayne is a beautiful island with the national park, where you can cycle round the tracks and stop off at the Boater's Grill, and watch the boats come in, or go for a nice meal in one of the many varied restaurants nearby. We did have a car, and visited the Parrot jungle, Miami Zoo, Grape land water park, and the many shops. If you want to treat yourself then you definitely need to go to Klima - a Spanish restaurant on miami beach (near Collins and 23rd). The food, service and restaurant were great. All in all a great holiday made by an awesome apartment, (and owner). Which I would highly recommend.

Very Nice Apartment

The apartmente was very nice. With a very good location close to the beach and shopping malls. Highly reccomended. I surely will repeat. Ideal for a couple with two kids.

There is not much more we can add to the above comments, this was our 4th time renting on Key Biscayne but our first time renting from Julia and Carlos. The owners are very approachable and your comfort and enjoyment of the condo is their priority. We enjoyed it so much, we hope to be back next year.

This is Paradise!

My family and I recently came back from Paradise Island KB! Yes, it was a perfect 20 plus days getaway. Our decision to rent this condo unit made all the difference: the location is great, new furniture, very clean, easy access to the beach and to other places in Greater Miami too, convenient parking, kidÂŽs friendly area, and the owners are very caring. W/D is practically in unit! I could stay here for hours numbering the great qualities this place has, and it is sure a great value. Better yet, the owners made my security deposit available immediately after we left. We definitely recommend this unit and we look forward to the next stay. Thanks a million for contributing to a memorable "winter" vacation in this paradise!

COMFY, FUN, RELAXING

We had a great time in this condo in the summer of 2013. The approval process went smoothly and the owners (Carlos and Julia) went out of their way to make sure we were confortable and happy. I believe we were the first tenants they had and all the furniture was new. The location could not be better as we couldwalk everywhere, including the beach, Village Green, supermarket, etc. The apartment is not very big, but it is cozy, functional and nicely decorated. We were very happy during our stay and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
