Beautiful fully equipped 6 bedrooms waterfront Villa located in the exclusive island of Key Biscayne. Enjoy amazing views of the sea and the Miami skyline while staying at one of the most exclusive areas of South Florida. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation from towels, sheets, beach towels, pots and pans to glassware and comfortable furniture. Start kits of shampoo and conditioner will be provided.
Key Biscayne is an exclusive and family oriented island right outside Miami; located 20 minutes from Miami International Airport, 10 minutes from Miami Downtown and 20 minutes to Miami Beach by car.
This comfortable beach house has 6 bedrooms: one bedroom with a king bed, three bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with six bunked beds and one other bedrooms with a day bed.
The house comes with a lovely heated pool, barbecue area and outside seating. The waterfront is just in your back yard. The dock is private and ready for you to be pickup to go fishing or boating.

Great house and location!

We had a wonderful time during our week long vacation! The house was very clean and beautiful with wonderful ocean views! Pool was warm. We had such a great time!

Million dollar property with million dollar views. Perfect for large groups. Kitchen well furnished for cooking and entertaining should you choose to do so. Clean and well kept property. Enjoyed our time immensely. Note- stairs involved to all bedrooms, should that be an issue. Mosquitoes in full bloom- it’s Florida.

The host was very accommodating. There were a few items that were of concern and should be addressed. There were ants in the kitchen and master bedroom & bathroom. Master shower had plumbing leaks, so we could not use. The kitchen did not have any hot pad holders for oven use, minimal towels and we had to purchase a few pans and utensils in order to cook. We also had to purchase supplies such as Kleenex and toilet paper, as they were either not provided or minimal. Most other beach/pool VRBOs that we have rented provided beach chairs and pool toys for use. This property did not have any. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Winter in Key Biscayne

We had a wonderful stay at this property. A beautiful quiet neighborhood and a stunning home directly on the bay. Great sunsets, refreshing swimming pool and close to town and an excellent State Park. Claudia was a fantastic property manager. She was always available to answer questions and provide help. Had the best time and hated to leave. Hope to return soon.

Loved our stay !

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We always appreciate staying in a place that is clean and so seeing and feeling that upon arrival felt especially good. Claudia was responsive to the inquiries we had and acted promptly. The pool looking out over the ocean is spectacular and we spent a lot of time outside. Love the quiet location on Key Biscayne and yet how close it is to downtown Miami. We also enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood each morning. Despite the interesting circumstances going on globally our time together was much needed.

Great location and condition

This property has a great location, very clean with a five star furniture. The sunset view from the master room balcony is stunning. The pool is very clean, the rooms are very spacious. The property manage (Cloudia) is a very nice person, with a very friendly manor. For me it was an excellent choice in all aspects.

“Otro Mundo” es una preciosa casa, en un sitio absolutamente privilegiado en Key Biscayne, frente al mar con embarcadero particular. Un paraíso para disfrutar en familia que recomiendo a todo aquel que se lo pueda permitir. Claudia se ocupa y te recibe, facilitándote todo lo que está en su mano. El jardinero Willy también está siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La casa es muy amplia con un gran máster bedroom y otros tres dormitorios dobles. Además cuenta con un dormitorio más individual y otro grande de niños con seis camas en literas. Estoy deseando volver. Muchas gracias, Claudia por todas tus atenciones!

Best company meeting ever !

We had a great stay at Villa Otro Mundo in April. We where here for a company working reunion. The house is really nice and very comfortable; the view from the patio is amazing as well and from the master bedroom. The restaurants and shops are really close. We biked and walked almost everywhere. The beach is 5 minutes by car. Key Biscayne is a quiet village with lots of restaurants or places to eat. We enjoyed it. We highly recommend this house for a big family or company meetings.

This house is amazing on all levels.

We loved this house. It's spacious and the bedrooms are large and beautiful. There is so much space on 3 levels - everybody has their own privacy. The kitchen is large and great for cooking - as is the grill by the pool. The water view is spectacular and we had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding. Key Biscayne is small but loaded with great restaurants, beaches and stores. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very friendly. Miami is just a 20 minute drive away so it's very accessible. We would definitely come back and we highly recommend it for any family. Also, Claudia and Angela were fantastic hosts and also very responsive to our questions.

A DREAM...

We recently returned from "Otro Mundo" and all I want to know is when can we go back? From the moment you walk in the front door, the view is breath taking and the house is very comfortable, but the dinning room and the living room view of the pool and the bay are so beautiful! We sat outside at the pool or on the waters edge almost every day...And the sunsets can't be beat! We used and enjoyed the house but we also enjoyed Key Biscayne with is, parks, beaches and wonderful restaurants. We were minutes away from Miami and were frequent visitors. You have everything you need or want at your finger tips and if you need any help, anything at all the rental agent Claudia is always available to help. The house and the area can't be beat!!

This Villa has it all.

Otro Mundo is a beautiful spacious villa with bags of character and facilities. The location is wonderful; waterfront in a quiet street yet close enough to the amenities of beautiful Key Biscayne. Hire a golf buggy to get around - catch exotic fish at the bottom of the garden - a great place to relax and refresh. Plenty of good restaurants and shops within buggy-range. If you like boating, hire one from Club Nautica at Crandon Marina and take a trip out to Stiltsville or into No-name Harbour and vistit Boater's Grille for lunch. Claudia was charming and could not have been more helpful - always available to provide information and help if needed. We'll definately be returning!

Great location...

Thank you Claudia for all your help arranging our stay in Nuevo Mundo. We had a wonderful weekend and we cannot wait to come back for a longer stay. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. My favorite feature of this house is the pool overlooking the ocean. The house is located in very quite area and at the same time very close to a lot of amenities. Thank you again I will recommend this house to everyone.

This beautiful house, "Otro Mundo" exceeded our expectations in every way! The home was perfect for our large family; we each had our own seperate spaces, but were still close together. The 3rd floor was perfect for the children. The outdoor area is the feature of the home and is simply outstanding! The entire family was able to spend the entire day outside lounging in the pool, by the ocean, or napping under the pergola. The location of the home was great as well: far enough away from Miami, but close enough to enjoy the city when we wanted to. We definitely need to send a big thank you to Claudia, the property manager. She was so helpful and definitely made our vacation a relaxing, worry-free week. When we arrived late Sunday night in the home, Claudia had stocked the kitchen and refridgerator with all our requested food and drinks. She even stopped by one afternoon to check on our family and see if she could be of any assistance. She definitely went above and behond her duty and made sure we had the best vacation possible! In closing, we are 100% thrilled we choose the property of "Otro Mundo" and we look forward to spending many more great vacations in this beautiful home! The Paletta and Policano Families

Great Home for Large Family

This is a fantastic home with a beautiful view of the ocean. The ample space was enough for the 4 of us friends - but it could have easily accommodated 10 people. Claudia is a fantastic help - always available when you need her. I highly recommend this home for large families. It is in Key Biscayne - just 8 minutes outside of Miami - close enough so visiting the city is convenient but also away from the hustle and bustle so you can have some peace and quiet to relax.

Spectacular property ideal to spend a great time with friends and family!

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, Key Biscayne. A paradise island surrounded by water, tranquility and fun at a walking distance. The house has all of the amenities that one may need for the ideal vacation. We spend 8 wonderful days and I definitely recommend going there to whomever wants to have an upscale vacation, they would fall in love with the house.

Our stay at Otro Mundo during Tropical Storm Fay

I'll start by saying the property was amazing! Beautiful neighborhood. Spectacular views!! Very relaxing environment. Nothing for kids in the way of pool supplies, but we purchased a few kick boards and left them for future renters. Both kids and parents really enjoyed the incredible Bird House in the front of the property. The owners were extremely helpful and very nice people. We had an 11 month old with us this year and noticed there wasn't a crib mentioned in the description. The owner purchased and set up a pack&play prior to our arrival. Very accomidating. LOTS of run around space for kids. Overall it is a great rental with a few negatives during our stay inparticular. We arrived on Sat and Fay arrived on Sun trapping us in the house with 3 kids until Thursday. NO FUN. I know that nothing can be done about weather, however; the house should be more equipped knowing Florida's record for rain/storms. No flashlight. (we bought our own) No movies. (Blockbuster is down the street but who wants to drive in a tropical storm.) No games not even a pack of cards. As you can imagine keeping a 7 year old boy, a 5 year old girl and an 11 month old baby happy watching tv while staring out the window at a pool was NOT easy. I was wishing the house had more family oriented amenities. For those with a nanny... the kid/slash nanny suite is wonderful. It's like having a seperate house on the top level. This may just be how it is in Key Biscayne no matter where you are, but the ANTS were a permanent guest throughout our stay. So keep your food closed tightly and spray around the sink when you get there. DON'T forget to pack your OFF. Archies Pizza way better then Sir pizza. Linda's steakhouse is no Outback...way more fancy. Not for kids really. The BEST Surf and Turf my husband and I have ever had!! For those of you with the same addiction...THERE IS A STARBUCKS! :) We really enjoyed the grill at the house as well. Any place will have some negatives so I would say overall this rental was great! great weekend

Great villa with great views. The beach and golf was just around the corner. Short drive to restaurants, bars and patios. The sunsets were out of a movie and the pictures don't do it justice. Big, clean house in a nice quiet area. The charter fishing boat picked us up on our dock, you can't beat that. I would definitely stay there again.
