Pedro was perhaps the nicest and most interesting host we've ever had. I'm sad we only had one night to stay with him and Sophie. They made very generous last minute accommodations for us, without which we would have been severely inconvenienced. When we come back to visit, we will hope to book our stay with Pedro and Sophie again!

Amazing place to stay and Pedro ia an amazing host! Wish we could have stayed longer! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to downtown Edmonds and Very secure parking.

The residence is beautiful! Close to downtown Edmonds, Pedro was an exceptional host! Easy access to any of the places we wanted to go. We will certainly try to stay at "The Villa" next time we are in Edmonds!

Pedro has a beautiful home with wonderful views out over Puget Sound. Perfect for watching the sunset with our family. Pedro and his wife were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would be happy to stay again when we are visiting family in Edmonds.

This beautiful house with large, private yard is located close to downtown Edmonds. The ‘million-dollar’ view off the deck is spectacular, especially at sunset with one’s spouse and light libations! We found the bedroom to be very comfortable and quiet. Our on-site hosts, Pedro and Sophie, were welcoming and helped us to settle in quickly.

I really enjoyed the area! The home was amazing! From the room to the views. I would definitely come back! The town is such a short distance from the home. Well worth the stay!
