The residence is beautiful! Close to downtown Edmonds, Pedro was an exceptional host! Easy access to any of the places we wanted to go. We will certainly try to stay at "The Villa" next time we are in Edmonds!

The front door that was supposed to be unlocked all the time, was locked, no key at all.Had to book another place because no one was there to help and no one picked up the phone.

I am indeed saddened by your review. You been here, you met our guard. You slept here. You took some stuff (I can detail it and we have reported already). We have plenty of proof that you and your companion were here. You have been pestering us with several texts pretending that you couldn't get in. Indeed looks like a trick to avoid payment. Below there's a text from him They still sleep over night, they locked the door when someone else picked them up in a car, cause they didn’t even have their own. SCAMMERS Shame!!!

Pedro has a beautiful home with wonderful views out over Puget Sound. Perfect for watching the sunset with our family. Pedro and his wife were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We would be happy to stay again when we are visiting family in Edmonds.

This beautiful house with large, private yard is located close to downtown Edmonds. The ‘million-dollar’ view off the deck is spectacular, especially at sunset with one’s spouse and light libations! We found the bedroom to be very comfortable and quiet. Our on-site hosts, Pedro and Sophie, were welcoming and helped us to settle in quickly.

Very kind hosts and beautiful location! We were under the impression that the property would be unoccupied except for guests- the property is actually renting a bedroom within the home. Great for some persons traveling, but not something I am comfortable with. If this works for you, 5 stars! If not, I'd recommend checking elsewhere No problems otherwise! Pedro and Sophie were both very nice, though we didn't see much of Sophie. They have a nice large yard with many fruit trees, and host gave us apples from their tree when we left.The bdrm was pleasant, as was the bathroom, but the description implied that we would have our own bedroom and bathroom separate from the rest of the house. What it turned out to be was a bedroom, with the bathroom next door, and the hosts' bed/bath beyond that. Bed was comfortable and room and bathroom were clean.

I cannot praise this stay or the hosts more, this is a rare jewel to be found on VRBO! Pedro was so communicative and accommodating it was almost to a fault. I believe he texted us three times for a one night stay asking if we needed anything, and again asked us whenever we saw him in person. The home has a locked front gate to the property and I felt very safe there. The accommodations were beautifully designed with every aesthetic touch perfect to feel like you were staying in a fancy hotel rather than a private residence! There was a designated parking spot, a full kitchen available for use, and the bed was very comfortable. I brought my 84 year old grandmother and Pedro set up a separate cot immediately upon request so I could respect my elder in giving her the whole guest bed. There were only two small steps into the home (1 onto the front porch and one to get inside from there) so that my grandmother did not have difficulty accessing the property. Pedro is a great person and wonderful to talk to, and he plans on donating the property to St. Jude in his will. A property in Seattle is no small gift, so the generosity speaks for itself! I only met his wife briefly, who was just as beautiful and a sweet lovely person. I cannot recommend this property enough, not just for the accommodations but for the hosts as well. It is only cheaper than other nearby properties because the hosts are benevolent people who do not need more, so they pass it forward. A must stay!

This was simply perfect for my 4 day stay. The hosts were as generous and gracious as anyone could have been. The accommodations were immaculate ...and beautiful!

Quiet neighborhood near Seattle & beach

In town for my BFs card game tournament, this was the perfect location for me to hang back and do homework. We had a private room and bathroom, and shared the kitchen area with the home owners. Nice cozy room, and lots of parking in their large driveway
