As you walk into the home you’re greeted with the big open living room that brings in the tropical vibes from outdoor. There is also another separate seating area with a large tv for your family to sit and enjoy.

The formal game room has air hockey, ping pong table, packman game, mini basketball hoop, Jenga, darts, board games, and a Smart tv. The game room also gives direct access to the pool.

Other things to note
Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!
