Welcome to our luxurious mid-century modern beach home, where sleek design meets unforgettable oceanfront living. With rare direct beach access—just seven steps from the deck to the sand—you’ll enjoy sweeping ocean views, breathtaking sunrises, and a dynamic stretch of Matanzas Inlet. Spanning three light-filled levels, the home comfortably sleeps 8 and features premium finishes, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful details like quality beach gear and kid-friendly amenities. Just a short drive from historic St. Augustine, it’s the perfect coastal retreat to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories.

The Space: Our home is at the north end of a quiet, three-unit building, positioned directly on Matanzas Inlet and the Atlantic Ocean.

Main Level: Enter into the bright kitchen and dining area, fully stocked for home cooking. A full bathroom with stand-up shower and a washer/dryer are conveniently located here. Step down into the stylish living room, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views. Sliding glass doors open onto a large shared deck with direct beach access—just seven steps away.

Second Level: Take the spiral staircase up to a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a dedicated workspace/office area, and a full bath with soaking tub and vanity. The open layout (no bedroom doors) allows natural light to flow throughout the space, creating an airy, inviting atmosphere.

Third Level: Continue up to the fun loft space with two twin XL beds and unique porthole windows that make you feel like you’re aboard a ship—always a favorite with kids and adults alike.

Please Note Our Pet Policy: Pet fee is $200 for the first dog, $100 for the second dog (max 2). Additional fee for second dog collected after booking. Two dogs 50 pounds or less are allowed and must be house broken. Pets messes/stains, excessive damage, or pet shedding on linens will result in an extra cleaning fee. For the safety of all guests, please keep your dog on a leash on the deck. Dogs are permitted on the beach as long as they are leashed, per county ordinance.

Wonderful hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. We brought our 2 dogs and they even had dog beds, treats and water bowls set out for them. The cabinets are very nicely organized with labels, a nice assortment of dishes and beach bags, cups and towels to enjoy the beach. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were also provided. We had a wonderful time for my dad’s 70th birthday with this gorgeous view and a perfect beach getaway. Highly recommend!

At low tide, tidal pools form—perfect for kids to safely explore and play. The beach itself is ever-changing, stretching from 60 feet wide to nearly 900 feet wide depending on the tide.
