Escape to this enchanting house nestled in picturesque Sanford, where a unique style all its own awaits you. With majestic 14-foot high tongue and groove ceilings, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is a blend of rustic charm and elegant decor. The gated entrance ensures privacy, while our resident chickens provide fresh eggs for your breakfast.

Stepping onto the property, you are greeted with a sense of tranquility amidst the beauty of nature. Explore the rose garden, fruit trees, and the diverse array of birds and wildlife that call this place home. Keep an eye out for a possible glimpse of a bear during your stay.

Inside our modern rustic farmhouse, thoughtful decor creates a warm and comfortable ambiance. The fully stocked kitchen offers all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals. Ample parking for two vehicles and a comfortable outdoor deck with a table, chairs, and barbecue provide a perfect setting surrounded by trees for fresh air. The space is completely separated from the main house where we live. My husband and I are a retired couple and maintian our property to ensure your comfort and a delightful stay.

The house has a private sourounding where you can sit outside by the deck in your own space and also enjoy the fruit trees, chicken coop and a bird aviary with canaries and parrots. Darkening draperies for the bedrooms, a laundry room with washer and dryer, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. In the kitchen we offer you a variety of coffee, olive oil and spices, a full sized refrigerator for longer stays, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, stove and oven. In the bathrooms we offer shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap, hand lotion, a hair dryer and toothpaste and disposable bamboo brushes when available.

Cardinals, squirrels, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, and other bird varieties frequent the bird feeders and fountains, adding to the serene atmosphere. Nearby attractions offer a perfect balance of serenity and accessibility, with supermarkets, movie theaters, fast-food options, and walking trails just a stone's throw away.

If you enjoy playing soccer as a hobby or for youth competitions and training, you'll be pleased to know that the Seminole Soccer Complex and Sylvan Lake Park are both located within a convenient 4-mile radius.
