The Rose Room (Bedroom 3): King bed, TV, closet, shares Jack & Jill bath with Bedroom 2.

The Poppy Room (Bedroom 4): Queen bed, closet, beautiful morning light, shares hall bath w/ standing shower.

The Chestnut Room (Bedroom 5): Full bed, shares hall bath.

Side Yard: 1 acre of flat grass, perfect for soccer, football, or family games. Neighbored by White Oaks, the residence of the Furman University President.

Parking: Circular driveway fits 4-5 cars easily.

The entire house is available to you including private access to the pool, 1 acre grassy side yard and the gardens.
The pond is shared with our neighbors as well as short term rental guests in the guest house.
NOTE: The garage and several designated storage closets in the home are reserved for the owners.

We are a 3-minute drive to downtown Travelers Rest, and only a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Furman University’s campus, the Furman public golf course, and the scenic Swamp Rabbit Trail. Bring your bike and ride the trail 1 mile north to Travelers Rest for shopping and dining, or 9 miles south to downtown Greenville, where you’ll find boutiques, fine dining, and the beautiful Falls Park on the Reedy River. For cycling enthusiasts, we’re located just up the road from Paris Mountain’s Altamont Road, a favorite among road cyclists. Nature lovers will also appreciate our proximity to Paris Mountain, Table Rock, and Caesars Head State Parks .
