Welcome to The Rockwall House! A resort style vacation rental located just 20 minutes outside of downtown Greenville, SC.

Named after the large boulder rock wall as you approach, the house features an outdoor kitchen, large game room, sauna, hot tub, and private heated saltwater pool. The interior features a large living area with a gas fireplace, a coffee room with everything you need, 4 bedroom (sleeps up to 12), a full kitchen, and a Game Room you can't wait to see.

The home has been newly renovated and is specially designed for rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with your loved ones.

INTERIOR:
- Terracotta Room (master bedroom) includes 1 king bed, walk-in closet, private patio, 65" Smart TV and attached master bathroom.
- Jade Room (2nd bedroom) includes 1 queen bed, linen quilt, and generous closet.
- Amber Room (3rd bedroom) includes 1 queen bed, linen quilt, and generous closet.
- The Loft (4th bedroom) includes 2 queen beds, 1/2 bathroom, 50" Smart TV, and private deck.
- The Great Room is a combined space with an open concept layout (perfect for gathering). It includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room.
- Dining Room includes large table with seating for 8 (seating for 10 is available if you put in the extra leaf). The breakfast bar also seats 2.
- Kitchen includes fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glassware, blender, toaster, and spices.
- Living Room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a 70" Smart TV.
- Coffee Room includes coffee maker (drip & single serve), french press and coffee grinder. There is seating for two while you wait.
- Laundry Room is accessed through the game room and includes high-end washer and dryer.
- Game Room is located in the attached garage and includes pool table, foosball, two Arcade machines including PacMan, Jenga, Connect 4, sectional couch, and 70" smart TV. A large floor shuffle board game is located outside the game room adjacent to the pool.

EXTERIOR:
- Property: House is located on a 3/4 acre parcel off a private road. Area around the house is professionally landscaped. Outdoor deck has mountain and lake views.
- Pool: In-ground, saltwater pool is professionally cleaned and maintained before each guest. Pool will be heated from March - October. Heating from November - February is available for an additional charge. (Nov = $75/night; Dec = $95/night; Jan = $95/night; Feb $75/night)
- Hot tub has capacity for 6 people. It is professionally cleaned & serviced before each guest.
- Outdoor Kitchen includes built-in grill, mini-fridge, outdoor seating, and 55" Smart TV.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
- Located minutes from downtown Greenville and all it has to offer!
- Hiking & Waterfalls: Plenty of good hiking trails & waterfalls nearby for all skill levels
- Blue Ridge Parkway: America's most scenic highway!
- Golf: Plenty of public golf options in the area including highly rated Willow Creek, Thornblade, and Pebble Creek
- Peach Orchards: South Carolina is the largest peach producing state in the country. Fisher Orchard is only 10 minutes away!

GUEST ACCESS:
- Guest will have access to the whole house including pool, hot tub, sauna, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and game room.
- House has smart locks for access. Unique code will be provided 24-48 hours before check-in.
- There is a detached garage on the property which is unavailable to the guest.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Rates reflect a 10% discount when 7+ nights are selected.
- Nightly rates vary depending on time of the year and day of the week, M-W is cheapest, F-S are highest.
- We ask that our guests keep it quiet for the neighbors that live in the area.
- Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. $100 fee per dog applies.
- Pool & hot tub servicing occurs prior to guest arrival. For Sunday arrivals the pool & hot tub may not be serviced until Monday.
- We make every effort to have all service work done between guests, however in some cases various services may occur during your stay. These could include: pool & hot tub service, landscaping, pest control, & garbage collection.
- We strive to have everything fully functional for every guest. Sometimes things break and we are unable to have things repaired or replaced in time for the next guest. No refunds or discounts will be given for one or more items not being functional. This includes appliances, grill, electronics, pool equipment, hot tub, sauna, arcade machines, etc.
- We are located in a lake community and in the South. Yes, there are bugs. We have regular pest control service in place, and our cleaners pay special attention to areas that might attract bugs. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be provided if one or more bugs are found.
