The beach and house were just as good in person as the pictures; perfect! We really enjoyed our stay. Tony and Gabriel were very welcoming. Edward, thank you for all of your quick responses and assisting us with the van.

We loved the home and being right on the beach was such a nice experience. The property manager Ton was very helpful and accommodating, we loved having the 10 person van available, we used it everyday. it was easy to drive and maneuver. I personally liked not being surrounded by hotels and resorts. I liked the quieter residential area. By staying here you get a closer look at Aruban life which I appreciate. Locals are all friendly. Enjoyed the reef in our backyard and seeing the local wildlife; iguanas, pelicans, small lizards and birds. Some of our group did some snorkeling right there and really enjoyed seeing all the many species of fish. Currently the home next door is being renovated there was a few days of unpleasant noise, thank goodness it di not continue all week.

Wedding house

Our wonderful stay started with an earlier than expected check-in. Antonius met us at the house with the air conditioning on and show us around. We noticed that the kayaks did not have lifejackets and he got on that right away. Unfortunately, the Internet did not work while we were there, but it was truly not needed. Antonious did call to see if it could be put on with no luck. The house was amazing! It was clean and everything we needed was there. The patio area was beautiful, the pool was cleaned and the location was amazing. We had our daughter’s wedding there and it couldn’t have been a more perfect house for that. No complaints at all!

Amazing with a broken foot!

This property and the staff supporting it are fantastic. The house being ocean front is amazing. We essentially had our own private oasis for a week. Snorkeling was the best on the island with fantastic coral and fish. The staff/host was very responsive. We had someone break their foot on Sunday and everything was closed. I messaged the host if they had any idea where to get crutches. An hour later they found some, by asking around the neighborhood. They were delivered to the house. Saved us a trip to the Aruba Emergency Room. We also needed a shower chair, and it was delivered in 5 min.We also rented the house van and it worked out great. ZeeRover, Bingos, and Sexy Shrimp were our favorite restaurants. Oniels was mediocre. I also heard that there is fresh fish in the morning at the far side of MangroHalto beach.We rate the house and staff a solid 10 for that special hidden oasis. You will want a rental car or rent the house van. My daughter named the van Patricia! We had a party of 10 and had plenty of room. The outside gazebo and pool are also fantastic.

The stay itself was very good. The house itself was very clean and as described - it had everything we needed. The view is breathtaking, the pool is very clean and maintained, the outdoor sitting area also very nice. The GPS does not lead you to the house, and the neighborhood at first glance appears a little scatchy, however, overall felt safe and no issues at all.

Wonderful vacation!

We stayed for a week in early April. I had been to Aruba many times but this was my first time staying in a home outside of the hotel area. This home did not disappoint, the cove and beach right in the backyard was perfect for our children (age 7-11) and the pool was fantastic. The home had everything we needed and the location was easy to get to restaurants, shopping and other beaches during our stay. Would definitely recommend this home.

Couldn’t have been any more perfect!

The spot was breathtaking. From the house, the pool, the beach everything was absolutely perfect. Anytime I contacted the owner, he would reply instantly. There were eight of us and plenty of room. Super simple to get anywhere on the island. The owner rented us a 10 person van, which was a lifesaver. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful spot on the water away from all the tourists. We will absolutely be returning!!!

Other than some demolition work being done at an adjacent property during our stay our stay was very nice and my family loved it. Not a swimming beach but found some amazing snorkeling beyond the rock barrier.Thank You. Edward

Seven days in heaven - Just book it!

This property was excellent! Here are the best parts: 1) The house and back area were huge and beautiful. Tons of tables/seating areas for big groups. Plenty of sun and shade locations to relax out back. 2) Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Big bedrooms with air conditioners to suit each person. Water pressure and hot water were plentiful. 3) Easy to make our own meals in the giant kitchen. Also a washer and dryer right there.4) House is right on the beach so you can hear the ocean all the time. 5) The pool is wonderful and well kept. Bigger than I expected. We put the lounge chairs right in the shallow end. Heaven. 6) Host is really easy to work with, responds quickly, and very accommodating! The grill ran out of gas and he had someone there super quick to fix it. We also asked for a late checkout because one of our group members was ill and needed to rest, and he was great about it. 7) Very close (but not walkable) to a supermarket and great restaurants (like Zeerovers).Very small cons:1) Beach is rocky right by the house, but you can just walk or drive 3 minutes down to snorkel and swim at Mangel Halto beachbest snorkeling on the island. 2) You have to drive to get to a walkable beach. 3) Would love to have a local guide of nearby stores/restaurants. Yes, we can Google, but a local’s perspective would be good. 4) Traffic on the main road (not the one the house is on) can get bad, but not like the north side!Great place - just book it! Great Property in more secluded area of the island

This property is ideal for those seeking relative quiet and seclusion. Great local restaurants away from the big mega hotels. Private beach but very close to Mangel Halto Beach, with great snorkeling. The pool is refreshing after a day doing other activities.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at the house and would definitely come again! We were 3 couples. Everything we needed was there & two blocks away is a supermarket and food truck. Although more “remote” than the hotel areas we always felt safe. We brought our water shoes so the rocky beach was no issue although we did visit Mangel Halto which was a quick 5 minute walk from the house. We took cabs to and from restaurants and such as we were drinking but we were offered to rent a van which would have been great. Someone checked in on us and the pool was cleaned as well during our stay. Beds comfortable, super clean but the outdoor area is all you need!! That pool and view!! 100% recommend

Amazing!

We were a group of five friends and had an amazing time. This house and owner could not have been any better. Edward was very quick to respond to any questions or anything we needed. Amazing host and great villa

Firstly the host is amazing. He replies to messages almost instantly and it's very helpful. The villa itself is great. Huge, huge, very modern and very clean. It is walking distance to Pos Chiquito beach, walking distance to market and only 15 - 20 min drive to downtown area.

Beautiful House, Wonderful Host

Our family of 10 (age 12-72) stayed at this beautiful home for a week. The pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen was spacious, outdoor gathering space was more than enough, pool was beautiful and the house was clean. Ton was quick to help us with questions and items that we needed while we were there and Edward was attentive to all my questions while planning our trip as well! We were able to rent a 10 passenger from Edward which made our stay even easier! We will definitely be back again next year to make even more memories! Thank you Edward and Ton for making our trip memorable!
