Nous avons construit cette magnifique maison il y a quelques années. Chaque pièce reflète la beauté d'un véritable artisanat en utilisant des pierres, du granit et du bois brésilien exquis dans toute la maison. La cuisine gastronomique et les meubles vous donneront envie de passer des vacances ici chaque année. La propriété est à distance de marche de la plage - à l'endroit même où ils ont construit le NOUVEL AMPHITHEATER qui accueille de la musique live gratuite tous les jeudis en été. Le vaste pré ouvert Tahoe avec la rivière Truckee sinueuse a un sentier qui commence deux portes plus bas. La vue sur la montagne dans le pré vous coupera le souffle.

Stateline et Heavenly ne sont qu'à trois kilomètres de la maison. C'est un excellent emplacement. Il est difficile de trouver une belle nouvelle maison de vacances personnalisée si bien située à Tahoe. Vous êtes en mesure de profiter du calme des montagnes, mais vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes des casinos, du lac et de Heavenly Ski Resort. Prendre plaisir!!

We had a great stay for a quick 4th of July getaway. The house is in a wonderful location, with a ten minute walk to the park/lake and an easy drive to local shops. We were able to walk over to the park and view the fireworks. Tisha was great, providing helpful information about the area. She is accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Overall, a nice, well stocked and relaxing home. Some maintenance repairs needed and could use some new towels.

The guest let me know the oven wasn't staying on. I had a technician over the same day to fix the problem and VENMO'd her $200 for a fabulous restaurant for the inconvenience of not being able to cook that night.

Birthday Fun

We were in Tahoe to celebrate some 50th birthdays and the home was perfect. It was plenty big for the 4 of us and the neighborhood is beautiful and conveniently located. We would highly recommend, especially if you’re looking for some down time and a place to relax.

Nice stay

Really liked the neighborhood, especially that you could walk to the lake in minutes and it was a lovely walk. It was a spacious, well appointed home with plenty of amenities such as the game room. Access was easy and it was reasonably well stocked with towels, blankets, sheets etc. Loved the fireplace, easy to use and much needed as it got cold and wet. We would stay again for sure.

Great Tahoe Stay

The property was wonderful in a great location. The kitchen/great room was perfect for 3 couples gathering. The only negative is one bedroom is a child bunk bed so not very comfortable for a couple. Owner is super communicative and quickly dealt with a problem at the house. Location of great with a lovely view from the deck and easy walk to a park at the lake

Wonderful house and location for Fourth of July in Tahoe. Walk to lake for beach activities and fireworks. Close to everything. Owners were very responsive and answered my texts immediately! Very clean and the game room is a plus!

Beautiful Tahoe Home, Great Location

This South Lake Tahoe property is a lovely house with a homey feel and a great location. We stayed with our adult children so the downstairs area was perfect for them. The house had everything we needed plus a great game room conversion of the garage which we really enjoyed! The host (Tisha) was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. We really hope to stay there again in the future. Thank you for everything, Tisha!

South Lake Tahoe

The house was absolutely stunning and had all the features anyone would need for their stay and was very clean. It was also in the perfect location as most things were within walking distance and those that weren’t were only a short drive. The downstairs gaming area was a great place to hangout with friends and the bikes were perfect for exploration. The host actively replied to any queries I had and the overall experience was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

Easy walk to Lake Tahoe

Nicely appointed home just a short walk from Lake Tahoe. It is also close to a protected marsh with epic views of mountains. Expansive living room with huge fireplace that is not just ornamental. It really does provide heat. Lots of comfy places to sit in the living room. Master bedroom was large and bed comfortable. Huge windows and lots of natural light. You look out on pine trees. Very relaxing. The host allows use of the “cruiser” bikes, which we really enjoyed. The bike trail we used took us along the lake. This is a really nice home!

Beautiful family-friendly home blocks from everything!

What an amazing week! This property had everything we were looking for- big open spaces to come together for family meals and hang-out, spaces for adults to relax outside among the trees, blocks from the beach, fully stocked everything- truly a great vacation rental. The listing is very accurate but undersells how truly well stocked the house is for a VRBO. I've rented other places where the kitchen has maybe one pan and one pot, salt and pepper and that's it. Tisha's home is stacked with all the equipment (pots, pans, blenders, 2 coffee makers, etc.) and tons of spices you would need to be very comfortable cooking almost anything! The bathrooms were very spacious and clean. The living area was inviting and the bonus garage/game room was the highlight for my 10 year old. It was also wonderful to have access to bikes and a cooler to take to the beach. The neighborhood was really quiet at night, and had lots of folks walking during the day. Fabulous home and Tisha was great about answering every question within minutes of me sending a message. The check in and check out were very clear and reasonable. Overall, wonderful property and would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing trip to Tahoe! This property is well stocked with necessities that other VRBOs we’ve stayed at have lacked. It is close to grocery stores, the beach, shopping, and restaurants! The rooms were spacious and everyone felt at home and comfortable. Communication with property manager was fantastic! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tahoe.

Home away from Home

Our extended family loved staying at this beautiful home. So much room! Kids loved game room in the garage and the spacious kitchen/living room area was the center of all the action. Tisha was so accommodating and always got back to us quickly. Will stay again if we get the chance!

Nice property

The property was beautiful and clean (very impressive) but when we tried to use the kitchen we had multiple problems. Communication seemed good at first (very responsive) but came down to nothing getting resolved. The oven was unusable, the microwave needed to be reset. We really struggled to cook.

We take constructive criticism to heart so that we can always provide a 5 STAR vacation stay for our guests. The guest let us know there was a problem the degrees on the oven, so we immediately replaced it with a new top-of-the-line range. We also paid for a free house cleaning for the short inconvenience to the guest. There was never a lack of communication with the guest. I have phone records to show immediate response time. There was never an issue with the microwave.
