Thank you for choosing our home for your family gathering and for sharing this thoughtful feedback. We’re glad the spacious home, pool, and outdoor area gave your family a place to spend time together. We sincerely apologize that the overgrown landscaping, pool debris, and damaged kitchen counter affected your experience. These concerns fall short of the standard we want to provide, and we are addressing them with our landscaping and maintenance teams. We have ordered a new countertop and it will be installed soon. There is a pool net hanging on the side of the back garage - maybe it was moved around. We will definitely be sure to find it and put it back for our guests to use. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention and hope you’ll consider staying with us again.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! We’re so glad to hear your boys enjoyed the bunk beds and that you found the home comfortable and easy to use. We also appreciate you mentioning the convenient location near restaurants, the zoo, and other local attractions. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the backyard during your stay and for the issues you experienced with the hot tub jets and insects outside. Your comments are very helpful, and we’re already addressing these maintenance items with our landscaping and pool/spa teams to improve the experience for future guests. We immediately put up wasp traps. We also immediately sent out our landscaping team. We truly appreciate your stay and your honest feedback, and we’d be happy to host you again in the future.

Thank you so much Carlos! We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. And thank you for all of the praises! You are welcome back anytime!
