The space

Welcome to our newly renovated, charming retreat nestled under historic live oaks and magnolias in one of Baton Rouge’s most beloved neighborhoods — just a short walk to LSU! Whether you’re here for football weekends, baseball games, campus events, or a relaxing getaway, this home blends modern comfort with Southern charm to make your stay unforgettable.

Sleeping Arrangements

Master Suite — Spacious room with a queen bed and plenty of room for a pack-and-play, cot, or air mattress (available upon request). Features a walk-in closet, large en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, and a private door to separate the suite for added privacy.

Second Bedroom — Full-size bed that sleeps two, a full wall of closets, and private exterior access.

Living Room — Features a brand-new Pottery Barn queen sleeper sofa with a thick memory foam mattress for two additional guests. Ample room is available for an extra air mattress (provided upon request).

Bathrooms

Primary Bathroom — Spacious, bright, and newly updated with double sinks, walk-in shower, and large soaking tub.

Second Bathroom — Full-size with modern finishes and plenty of counter space for guests.

Living & Dining Spaces

Open, light-filled spaces with windows all around.

Dedicated workstation with a desk in the living room for remote work.

Cozy living area with a fireplace, Smart TV, and plenty of seating.

Dining area overlooks the lush, traditional South Louisiana garden — perfect for relaxed meals and morning coffee.
