The Space:

Morning light filters through large windows, inviting you to stretch on the private patio with a coffee in hand. The quiet rhythm of East Riverside settles around you, while the city’s energy feels just a short ride away. Inside, wood floors and an open layout let you spread out, unwind, and feel at home after a day of Austin adventures. Evenings drift into relaxed moments of streaming a favorite show or gathering with friends in a comfortable shared space.



Sleeping arrangements

Four private bedrooms accommodate families, friends, or work groups. Three rooms each hold a queen bed with linens, wardrobes, and bedside surfaces. The fourth bedroom offers a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. All rooms feature code locks for added privacy. Additional sleeping options include a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen air mattress stored in the laundry area, allowing the home to comfortably host up to eleven guests.



Living space

The living room sits just inside the private entrance, arranged for conversation and downtime. A comfortable sofa anchors the space and can convert into a queen sofa sleeper when needed, with additional seating nearby and a flat‑screen Smart TV with cable. The open‑concept design keeps everyone connected, whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out to the patio.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen provides generous counter space, appliances, and everything needed for everyday meals and longer stays. A breakfast nook with seating for four offers a casual spot for morning coffee or easy meals while staying close to the living area.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio for outdoor dining and a BBQ grill, or explore the shared outdoor pool and shared hot tub, available year‑round during posted hours. A shared gym nearby adds extra fitness options, and the property includes playground equipment and open grassy areas for families traveling with children.



Work & fitness

High‑speed Wifi supports streaming and remote work, and the dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive. On‑site exercise equipment includes cardio machines, free weights, and a yoga mat, offering options to stay active without leaving the property.

You’re a short drive or rideshare from Zilker Park, live‑music spots, restaurants, museums, and city events, while returning each night to a quieter setting away from downtown noise.



Guest access & policies

The apartment offers a private entrance, free parking, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock. Exterior security cameras and a noise‑monitoring device help maintain a safe and respectful environment. The home is pet‑friendly and welcomes long‑term stays. Note: the host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
